The order includes the execution natural expertise for 6 Natura 2000 areas of the Lower Silesian Voivodship: Gory Złote PLH020096, Kiełczyn PLH020099, Koziorog in Czerna PLH020100, Sudety Wałbrzysko-Kamiennogorskie PLB020010, Sztolnia w Młotach PLH020070, sources Piastnik PLH020076.

Task N1_S Habitat expertise in Natura 2000 areas: Gory ZłotePLH020096, Sztolnia in Młoty PLH020070 - for Gor Złotych within deadline until November 23, 2020, for Sztolnia in Młoty, by 31 Augusterpnia 2020.

In this regard, the Ordering Party does not specify any requirements that the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate in detail in addition to submitting a statement on fulfillment of the condition.

In this regard, the Employer does not specify any requirements that the Contractor is required to demonstrate in a special way outside submitting a statement about fulfillment of the condition.

Possibility is allowedthe amendments to the provisions of the contract in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the Contractor was selected, in accordance with art. 144 para. 1 of the Act, in the following scope and with the occurrence of certain conditions:

1) change in the VAT rate in the situation of a VAT rate change resulting from changes in applicable regulations,

2) change of persons performing the order (experts) in a situation where this exchange will be causeddue to random causes, independent of the Contractor and lying on the side of these people. Persons replacing persons indicated in the contract must meet the requirements contained in Chapter IV, para. 3 point 2 and in Chapter XVI para. 4 specifications,

3) increasing the number of persons performing the order (experts) in a situation when this change will be necessary for the correct (eg timely) performance of the object of the ordercatching. The persons indicated must meet the requirements of Chapter IV, paragraph 3 point 2 and in Chapter XVI para. 4 specifications,

4) reduction in the number of persons performing the order (experts) in a situation when this change will be caused by random causes independent of the Contractor, and the condition regarding the availability of the required number of people (experts), contained in Chapter IV paragraph 3 point 2 and in a breakdownsection XVI para. 4 specifications, will be met,

5) change of the date of order completion, consisting in extending the deadline for submitting to the Contracting Authority the entire subject of the order for 7 days in the case of a change of the "Vector standard spatial data of the General Directorate of Environmental Protection for the purpose of collecting information on the distribution of protected species, their habitat and snatural habitats ", if these changes occurred within the last 30 days before the deadline for completion of the order,

6) change of the deadline for submitting the order, consisting in extending the deadline for submitting to the Purchaser's office the entire subject of the order by 7 days in the case of changing the" List of threats, pressures and actions' if these changes occurred within the last 30 days pbefore the deadline for completion of the order,

7) change in the date of order completion, consisting in extending the deadline for submission to the office of the Ordering Party of the whole order subject for 7 days in the event of a change, during the contract, regulations regarding the mode and scope of preparation of protective tasks for Natura 2000 sites 2000 (including the Act of 16.4.2004 on protectione of nature and / or implementing acts to the Act), if these changes occurred within the last 30 days before the deadline for the order completion.

The Contracting Authority may annul the contract award procedure if the funds which the contracting authority intended to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to him in accordance with the provisions of art. 93 par. 1a point 1 of the Act.
