the objectives of the market sHave the following objectives:

The objectives of the market are the following:

- improve the knowledge of flood risk (by crossing aleas and stakes) for different reference floods on different rivers,

- propose and precisely define reduction solutions of the alea. To do this, the stipulations of the market concern the following services: make modelizations of courses ofwater and to define scenarios of development.

- a form DC1 or a declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter in any cases mentions in articles 45 of the order 2015- 899 of the 23.7.2015 relating to the marches and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers,

- a formsummary of the declaration on honor is available on the website Orleans and its metropolis (http://www.orleans-metropole.fr/135/marches-publics.htm) but the candidate can produce his own documents,

- form DC1 or letter of application in the case of a group application.

- declaration concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and, where appropriate, the turnover of the domain ofsubject to the public procurement contract, covering at most the last 3 years available depending on the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the economic operator's activity, insofar as the information on these figures are available,

a) it is about a consultation which will give rise to a mixed price market:

- part treated at global price and forffirm and optional tranches with 3 phases:

- phase 1 - state of the premises and definition of additional needs,

- phase 2 - characterization of the flood and the vulnerability of the territory,

- phase 3 - definition of the set-up scenarios,

- part treated with unit prices, firm and optional tranches: the unit-price services liable to be ordereds to the incumbent in the framework of his missions are the following: additional meetings, presentation meetings, simulation of a supplementary overflow scenario, simulation of complementary planning, referred to in the CCTP and the BPU. This portion of the contract executed by purchase orders is concluded without any minimum and no maximum for the duration of the contract;
