Open Tender : Articles 42-1a) of Ordinance No. 2015-899 and 25-i.1, 67, 68, 78-i-3 paragraph and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360. In application of Articles 78-i-3 paragraph and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360: Single-service framework agreement, for which each lot is executed by issuing purchase orders as and when required.

The services are related to control missions of domestic and assimilated sanitation facilities and private rainwater management. The service provider will have to do some worka field survey, a detailed report with a plan presenting the state of play of the internal networks as well as recommendations for works in case of non-compliance with the Syage regulations. The benefits are broken down into three distinct categories: (1) sales inquiry;

2) DAACT investigation;

3) punctual inquiry.

Payment by administrative transfer within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the request for payment.
