Toulon Naval Station Inventory of Hazardous Goods on Port Facilities

This consultation is initiated under open tender procedure pursuant to Articles 25 and 66 a 68 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets. The consultation will lead to a single-level framework agreementThe purchase orders are made pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum of EUR 300 000 before tax.

This framework agreement must allow the provision of expertise services to be performed on equipment and port equipment. The purpose of each expertise will be establishedr in the form of a report for each of the equipment and port equipment under investigation. This report is similar to a report on naval expertise. The equipment and port equipment concerned by the expertises are basins gates, flankers, mooring boxes, protection balls, mooring equipment (chains and yearcres), industrial gangways, harbor cranes, planks or derricks, electric capstans, all other materials within this port scope. Each report will include the description of the equipment or material, its schematic representation, an estimate of its mass and an inventory of analyzes of its constituent elements.
