This invitation to tender is for the acquisition of 2 systems with new packaging, their accessories, consumables, and associated services including delivery, commissioning, training and support service and demontagand Main Collection:

The purpose of this invitation to tender is the acquisition of 2 new enveloping systems, their accessories, consumables, and associated services. namely delivery, commissioning, training and support service as well as dismantling and removal.

The 2 enveloping systems must be strictly identiqThey must be interchangeable and must allow all mail sent to the CdC to be placed in envelopes, ie a volume of about 2 000 000 letters / year.

a) Compliance with the principles governing the procedure

Sole interlocutor

The tenderer shall make available asingle point of contact, speaking French (minimum level C1) responsible for dealing with problems related to the mandate and empowered to make decisions.

Actuality of the machine

The supplier undertakes to provide the the most recent model of the equipment subject to the market at the request of the customer, provided that it meets all the criteria of the materia initiaoffers. If between the delivery of the offer and the delivery, the systems are replaced by more recent models, they must be communicated at the earliest (at least 2 months before the planned delivery date, by letter or by e-mail with confirmation) subject to the following conditions: - the new model must be offered at the agreed price and on the terms agreed upon by the partiesin the context of this appeal ...

General Conditions: Performance according to the General Conditions (GC) of the Confederation for:

- the purchase and maintenance of computer equipment (October 2010 edition),

Negotiations: remain reserved. The requesting service engages in price negotiations only where special circumstances so require, such as when the requirements need to be clarified or clarified, or where the price is unusual.
