The market includes:

Main Site: Mantes station.

The main works of the market are listed as follows:

- creation a new deck for the Limay PRA,

- creation of 2 retaining walls (9 and 10),

- creation of a retention basin,

- creation of a heavy track,

- at Mantes station: raising platforms 2 and 3 to 920 mm, extending platforms 2 and 3 and creating a staircase on platform 3,

- telecom and lighting work on raised platforms,

- various works in the Mantes bottleneck: creation of stairs, foundations of catenary supports and sign posts, EALE platform, retaining wall M11.

The description of these worksis included in the descriptive notices.

The main significant quantities are:

- concrete = 10, 000 m,

- metal structure = 1, 600 t,

- piles = 11, 000 ml,

- shielding = 2, 400 m,

- earthworks = 50, 000 m.

Applicants must attach the following documents and information to their application form (in the case of a group application, each of the documents required below must be sentised by each member of the grouping):

1) document n 1: justify the legal existence of the company with the registration number in the commercial and companies register (or equivalent);

2) document n 2 : the DC1 print entitled duly complete;

3) document n 3: the DC2 print entitled duly complete.

When the candidates want to make use of the capacities of other economic operators, they must justify dthe capacities of the operators as well as the fact that they will have them for the execution of the contract.

Applicants must attach to their application documents and the following information (in the case of a group application, each of the documents required below must be sent by each member of the group):

5) document no 5: a declaration indicating for each of the last 3 financial yearsthose available, the overall annual turnover and the turnover relating to the works covered by the contract;

6) document no 6: a copy of the latest balance sheet or extracts from balance sheets of the economic operators for which the establishment balance sheets are required by law;

7) document 7: an appropriate statement from banks or proof of insurance for professional risks
