The benefits are divided into 2 slices:

Main Site: Drinking water station 76800 - Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray.

The benefits are divided into 2 tranches:

- firm slice: replacement of filtering floors and civil engineering rehabilitation of a sand filter and AGC (coal) - filter n 1,

- optional slice: replacement of filtering floors and rehabilitation of the civil engineering of a sand filter and GAC (coal) - filter # 2.

The criteria for the application are: guarantees and technical and financial capacity.each candidate will have to produce a complete file including the following documents:

- letter of candidacy which can take the form of the printer DC1, mentioning, where appropriate, the rehabilitation of the agent by his co-contractors as well as all the attestations on the 'honor (Declaration included in form DC1: updated version 26.10.2016),

- declaration of the individual candidateel or the member of the grouping to detail the financial situation and the capabilities of the candidate (Declaration included in form DC2 up to date: 26.10.2016),

- declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate does not enter any cases of prohibition to tender (included in the CD1),

- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership judiciarea (included in DC1),

- information on compliance with the obligation to use mentioned in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code (included in DC1).
