Support to project management - DP EPR2

Procedure for the award of a framework contract for support services to project management within the EPR2 project management.

The service consists of carry out activities in support of project management and technical coordination of the EPR2 project, on EDF premises or those of a Group subsidiarye EDF, or not depending on the nature of the activity and the technical possibilities.

The activities of the holder are made up, inter alia, of:

- developing, optimizing the structure of the activities of the EPR 2 project,

- the animation, operational and methodological support of the Risk & Opportunity (R&O) management process,

- the structuring, organization of schedules and monitoring of the vtheir value,

- monitoring the budget management process of the EPR 2 project management and estimating the costs at project completion,

- reporting and improving management tools,

- supporting the management of interfaces,

- support for Plant Data Management,

- monitoring of change management,

- support for coordinating configuration management committees,

- supportppui - la gestion documentaire.

All the needs to be covered by the future market are described in the technical specifications ENM-PPPPPP-XX-000-CSL-0012816 made available on the EDF purchasing portal, in RFx_081429.

The candidate must provide a signed and dated declaration of honor justifying that he does not fall under any of the prohibitions on bidding mentioned in the articles.45 and 48 of ordinance n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets and in particular that it is in good standing with regard to articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code concerning employment of disabled workers. This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, if applicable, by the sub-contractors present.Didat must submit an extract from the relevant register such as a K bis extract, or, failing this, an equivalent document, allowing the candidate to be identified. This document is to be provided by individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.

The candidate must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 financial years available attesting to its sustainability.te financial.
