This consultation concerns an assistance service with project management to update the smart specialization strategy (S3) of the Provence-Alpes-Cot regione d`Azur. The amount of the value of the service is estimated at EUR 100, 000 before tax. The market is at fixed quantities and at a global and fixed price.
