Marches aerial and underground studies of electrical networks 2019-2022 Aquitaine Nord (lot Gironde lot Dordogne - Lot-et-Garonne)

Realization of preliminary studies to the construction, the modification, the deposition of the air and underground networks HTA / BT, as well as network detections for further investigations and localization operations by methonon-intrusive; on the territory of the regional direction Aquitaine Nord.

Realization of studies prior to the construction, modification, deposition of the air and underground networks HTA / LV, as well as the detections of networks for further investigations and location operations by non-intrusive methods; in the territory of the managementAquitaine Nord lot Gironde.

The candidate must provide a declaration on the honor signed and dated justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets. This declaration is to be provided by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortiumWhere applicable. In order to carry out the services of the market, any tenderer must be declared capable by Enedis of the following products: studies of HV / LV aerial and underground networks (list of non-substitutable skills) or be in a position to obtain this recognition of aptitude within the period of time compatible with the date of the beginning of the market.

- to know the administrative procedures and tecUTE C 18-510-1 and associated texts,

- know the administrative and technical procedures of intervention on the public domain and the regulation relative to DT-DICT,

- know how to read a plan and a recepisse DT DICT,

- know how to carry out a marking on the ground or picket in situ,

- to know how to read electrical schemas, to know the regimes of neutral,

- to know and applyuer the technical guide for works near the networks,

- read network plans HTA or BT, IGN map, background plans,

- know the LV network electrical equipment, DP HTA / LV, types of support (concrete and wood), the insulators, the different types of armaments, the electrical equipment (the cabinets, the posts HTA / BT, posts on pole, posts sayss),

- know the different types of materials for backfilling and repair (temporary and definitive) and the different qualities of compaction Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4,

- to know how to read a typical section of reconstitution of the sub -sol,

- be able to perform the detection of networks by non-intrusive methods for further investigations / location operations;capacity held by itself or through subcontracting
