Support services for the preparation of descriptive, technical-specialist, technical documents -administrative and graphics for projects related to the sectorindustrial

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:

R1) possession of the requirements referred to in art. 80 and 83, paragraph 1, lett. a) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

R2) absence of the disqualification situations pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

R3) pursuant to art. 37 of Law 122/2010 for economic operators with headquarters, residence ordomicile in the countries included in the Ministerial Decree 4.5.1999 and D.M. 21.11.2001, possession of the authorization issued pursuant to Ministerial Decree 14.12.2010;

R4) absence of the cause of exclusion pursuant to art. 1 bis, paragraph 14, of Law 383/2001 and, more generally, of all the causes of exclusion from the participation of the competitor in the award procedures provided for by current legislation;

R5) unconditional acceptance of the provisions contained in the adopted by the ACEA group.

To certify the requirements relating to letters R1 to R5, the tenderer must produce a self-certification using the forms indicated in the tender specification.

Please refer to the criteria indicated in point . 13.1) of the tender specification.

This tender is announced by ACEA S.p.A. in its own name and on its owno and of the Elabori S.p.A. group company pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 ss.mm.ii.

The award procedure will be governed not only by this invitation to tender, but also by the following regulatory sources:

Documents to be submitted: for admission to the tender, the tenderer must submit the documentation required in the tender specification, through the e-procurement platform of ACEA S.p.A. within the term referred to in point IV.2.2) of this call.

Relay prescriptionstive to the reunited or to reunite subjects (ATI, consortiums and GEIE): for the temporary groupings and the ordinary consortiums of competitors finds application the art. 48 of the D.Lgs. n. 50/2016 ss.mm.ii. In the case of the participation of companies temporarily reunited, or consortia occasionally, or to meet or consortium, or aggregations between companies adhering to the network contract or GEIE, it is specified thatrequirements referred to in point III.1.1) must be certified by each member of the grouping, while with regard to the requirement referred to in point III.1.2) no. R6), which refers to pt. 13.1) of the tender specification, the agent must certify the possession of at least 60%, while each principal must certify the possession of at least 20%, without prejudice to the obligation to reach globalmind the requirement.

Modality of presentation of the offers and award criterion: the competitors must formulate an offer according to the modalities indicated in the art. 17 of the tender specification. The tender will be awarded using the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, according to the provisions of art. 15 of the tender specification.
