Vedecom is 1 French institute for public-private partnership research and training dedicated to carbon-free individual mobility and durable. Partnership Foundation of the University of Versailles St-Quentin-en-Yvelines, initiated by the Mov`Eotec Foundation and launched operationally since 2012, Vedecom is now taking off since it was created by the French government in February 2014. MOOVE market: identification of routing scenarios. Realization of an intellectual service in the field of bigdata. This market is made up of 3 distinct lots.

Implementation of data setand algorithm coding validation process.

This consultation complies with the rules of the open invitation to tender procedure, defined in articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-1, of the public procurement code. It is subject to the provisions of articles R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 a 5 of the public procurement code. The market is broken down into 3 distinct lots:

- lot 1: development of algorithms,

- lot 2: statistical analysis,

- lot 3: optimization of algorithms candidates can position themselves on 1 or more lots.

After studying the confoAt the end of the offers to the DCE, the contracting authority will classify the offers according to the following weighted criteria for each of the lots:

- technical proposal - 50%,

- technical expertise - 20%,

- price from the price proposal (schedule of price) completed by each candidate - 30%.
