Realization of a strategic schema of drinking water supply in the Gironde . The present public contract is executory from the date of notification to the holder until receipt of all the benefits.ns. The period of execution of the contract can not exceed 30 months, beyond the validation period of the master of the work, from the order of service asking to start phase 1.

1) the letter of application (part I of the response kit) or DC1 (file named DC1);

2) the candidate`s statement (part II of the answer kit) or DC2 (file named DC2).

7) the commitment act established according to the attached model, complete (file named AE). 9) a technical memorandum (file named MT), including the following elements:

- the composition of the team that will be set up to ensure the mission with the curricula vitae of each member, indicating the competences, the qualifications of each, its role (responsibilities where applicable) and the number of speakers; It should be noted that the skills expected fromintegrate the following areas, namely: Hydrogeology, Hydraulics, Financial-Economics, Project Engineering, Data Management and Communication and / or Disclosure Public and General Public Institutions, - organization and methodology of work within the team set up and with the Department of the Gironde, highlighting on the one hand the approach of the project andOn the other hand, presenting the progress of the performance of the services with the help of the different phases by mission element, - a retro schedule for the performance of the services, indicating the optimized execution of the different phases. A technical commission will open the folds of the bidding candidates. The contracting authority may authorize all tenderers concerned to regulariser irregular offers. The tendering commission will choose the most economically advantageous tender based on the following weighted criteria:

Technical value: 70%

- sub-criterion 1: adequacy of human resources deployed and their areas of competence to ensure mission: 20 points:

- sub-sub-criterion 1: adequacy of deployed human resources: 10 points,

- sub-sub-documentre 2: adequacy of the fields of competence: 10 points,

- sub-criterion 2: understanding of the demand and quality of the technical and organizational proposal of the tender, including the respect of the calendar: 50 points,

- sub- sub-criterion 1: understanding demand: 10 points,

- sub-sub-criterion 2: quality of the technical proposal and methodology of the work put in place for the realizationn benefits: 30 points,

- sub-sub-criterion 3: organizational quality highlighting on the one hand the approach of the project and on the other hand presenting the progress of the performance of services with the help of the different phases: 10 points.

Price: 30%, on reading the amount of the DPGF frame completely complete.
