The location Koenigsborn is a historical location of the DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH, which works cross-industry. To the location the aTo adapt to current and future requirements, comprehensive modernization and reconstruction measures should be implemented. The planned measures are summarized in the following eight subprojects: TP 1 workshop, TP 2 storage, TP 3 civil engineering ABZ, TP 4 infrastructure, TP 5 concrete sleepers, TP 6 BImSch, TP 7 existing building, TP 8 ramps requested servicesThese are planning services of phases 1 to 2 and optionally of phases 3-4 and 5-7 of the HOAI for the following planning parts:

- object planning of buildings and interiors,

- object planning of traffic systems,

- object planning of engineering structures,

- planning of structural design,

- technical planning of technical equipment,

- planning accompanying surveying including BIM.

SummaryThe following main requirements of the objects to be planned can be named:

TP 1 Workshop

Construction of a workshop whose capacity of maintenance is adapted to the railway vehicle park of the BBG.

TP 2 storage

Construction of a central warehouse which functions as the currently existing warehouse replaces.

- TP 3 Tiefbauhalle ABZ

Construction of a new civil engineering hall for the training of various craftsmentraineeships.

- TP 4 Infrastructure

Examination and conceptual redesign of the entire infrastructure for the development and connection of all buildings and land at the site.

- TP 5 concrete sleepers plant

Conception of a site for the treatment of concrete sleepers.

- TP 6 BImSch

The Production of surfaces for storage and crushing and handling von non-hazardous and hazardous waste, taking into account the necessary approvals according to the Federal Immission Control Act.
