"Maintenance of water reservoirs in the area of operation of the Catchment Management in Sieradz"

The task is to perform ongoing maintenance (maintenance) of natural watercourses in order to maintain and improve their technical efficiency The order has been divided into parts The contractor may submit an offer for one or more partsand orders. The Employer requires that all persons employed in the positions of the worker, who are directly involved in the implementation of the order, are employed under a contract of employment throughout the duration of the contract. The number of workers involved in the implementation of the order is to ensure timely implementation of the order. The above requirement applies to employees performing indicated activitiese in the pre-dimension of the robot. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the SIWZ.

Main Site: Rz. Myja, km 11 741; m. Charłupia Wielka, town of Drzązna, commune Wr-blew; m. Kłocko commune Sieradz.

The works will consist in manually removing lichen from scabies of thick soft lichen with grating and fragmentation (mulching) or export and management in accordance with the current act on waste; applies to exsour lichens by hand from slopes and crowns of dams, barrow ditches, rivers below and above the reservoir, ditch with collector diam. 800 mm of water leading from Kłocko, archaeological settlement

Specification of the robot:

- fungus overgrowth with a scythe knife not more than 5 cm above the ground surface,

- mowing of mown lichen,

- lichen fragmentation and leaving as biomass oroutside the scope of works and their development in accordance with the current act on waste.

Equipment:

- brushcutter,

- tractor trailer

Mechanical lichening of slopes with thick soft growth along with their fragmentation (mulching) or export and management in accordance with the current Act on waste - concerns the area being lowered below and above the tank and the edges. The work should be done in miesiącu July and September

Specification of the robot:

- mowing with a tractor mower at a height of not more than 5 cm from the ground,

- fragmentation of lichens and leaving as biomass or ripping and exporting out of the work and their development in accordance with the current law on waste. Equipment:

- mower on a wheeled tractor

- tractor trailer

Assembly of "spikes", which aim to saveto bird birds sitting on the railings of the overflow-relief structure, fish pass and roofs of hoist mechanisms. Base of spines resistant to UV and temperature changes. Spikes: spring wire - acid resistant steel, blunt ends finished. Below is an example photo of "spike"

Purchase and installation of locks for doors and gates (locks with a single-key system). Locks should be adapted to existing ones, mountsCurrently, the ordering party requires that all persons employed in the positions of the worker, who are directly involved in the implementation of the order, be employed on a contract of employment throughout the period of the order's execution. The number of workers involved in the implementation of the order is to ensure timely implementation of the order. The above requirement applies to praccuers performing activities indicated in the robot dimension.

The offer includes the following declarations, documents and attachments:

- Bid form completed on the basis of the template constituting Annexe No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, drawn up, under pain of nullity, in electronic form and with a qualified electronic signature, - Uniform European Order Document [EAT], ie valid as of the date of submitting bids, a statement in the scope indicated by the Employer in the Notice of Order or in the Specification of Essential Terms of Orders. The information contained in the statement is a preliminary confirmation that the contractor is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings. EAT is done, under paininvalidity, in electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature, and sent along with the offer by means of electronic communication in accordance with 17 of the ToR,

- the Contractor, which relies on the resources of other entities to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure, submits with the offer the third party's obligation (in electronic form bearing the quali- an offer cost estimate prepared, under pain of nullity, in the form of an electronic document with a qualified electronic signature, taking into account the requirements of point 22 of the SIWZ, - - Powers of Attorney - should be drawn up in electronic form and bearing a qualified electronic signature by authorized persons to representedand companies, compliant with the registration act or a copy certified by a notary public using electronic signature,

- Contractors jointly applying for the order, enclose a statement in which they appoint a representative to represent them in the procedure for the award or representation in the proceedings and conclusion of an agreement on public order. This statement (fullnomination) should be prepared in accordance with clause 11 of the ToR,

- The bid bond should be paid in accordance with point 14 of the ToR.

Folded independently by the Contractor within 3 days from placing information by the Contracting Authority from the opening of tenders:

- Contractor alone (no call) within 3 days from the date of posting on the Ordering Party's website information referred to in point 20.4.1 of the ToR, reference noteand to the Ordering Party a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Act. With the submission of a statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure. The Contractor shall submit a statement in electronic form bearing the numberifikowanym electronic signature via miniPortal or via e-mail, the address of which has been indicated in clause 1.1 of the ToR.

Contractors excluded from participation in this procedure are excluded who are subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 and art. 24 sec. 5 of the Public Procurement Law. Detailed information can be found in the ToR
