New construction Kita Weissenthurm, planning services of technical building equipment HLS

The municipality of Weissenthurm intends to plan an 8-day day care center in Weissenthurm. Main site: Weissenthurm

The Verbandsgemeinde Weissenthurm intends to plan an 8-wayEn Kita in Weissenthurm. The day-care center should be built and operated as economically as possible within the scope of the economically justifiable. An appropriate design plan for the TGA HLS is available and is part of the tender documents. This design is to be implemented. The realization of the overall measure must be completed by 31.12.2020. Start of construction is 1.10.2019. The client intends to use public funds for the implementation of the measure. The funding requirements must be observed and adhered to at all times.

The planning services of the technical building equipment HLS have already been provided up to performance phase 4. The subject of this contract notice is the design services of the

Technical BuildingsHLS in the service phases 5 to 9 according to - 55 HOAI as follows:

Due to the conveying conditions, a phased commissioning is required, initially up to the performance phasee 7, required. However, the principal intends to award all phases of work up to and including performance phase 9.

The specificity of the planning task is to carry out the action within a narrow time frame.
