Framework agreement for technical expertise services

Framework agreement for technical expertise services in the territory of the CzechoslovakiaAgglomeration of Agen, the city of Agen and the inter-municipal trade union of Agen-Center (SIVAC). This consultation is carried out within the framework of a group of orders in accordance with Article 28 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 with the following bodies:

Trench compaction control.

- Declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate does not enter any of theseProhibition of bidding, - Copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership.

- Declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the services covered by the contract, realized in the course of the Last 3 years available,

- appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for occupational risks.

Folders must be imperatively delivered by mail. This consultation benefits from the DUME service. To find this complete opinion, access the DCE, ask questions to the buyer, submit a letter, go to http://www.agysoft.marches-publics.info - the application is presented either in the form of DC 1 forms and DC 2 (available free of charge at www.economy.gouv.fr), either in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). Electronic transmission of envelopes is required for this consultation. Therefore, paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer's profile. On the other hand, the transmission of documents on an electronic physicalue (CD-ROM, usb stick ...) is not allowed. The choice of mode of transmission is global and irreversible. Applicants must apply the same method of transmission to all documents sent to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be the subject of a certain date of reception and an acknowledgment of electronic reception. As such, the reference time zone is that of (Gmt 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid. The bend will be considered if the download ends after the expected date and time. If a new letter is sent electronically by the same candidate, the same candidate cancels and replaces the previous letter. The fold can be duplicated by a backup copy transmitted within the given time, on electronic physical support (cd-rom, dvd-rom, keyusb) or in paper form. This copy must be placed in an envelope marked with the name of the candidate and the identification of the procedure concerned.

It is opened in the following cases:

- when a malicious computer program is detected in the transmitted envelope electronically,

- when the electronic mail is received in an incomplete way, out of time or could not be openedt, provided that its transmission started before the closing of the bids.

No electronic format is recommended for the transmission of documents. However, the files will have to be transmitted in widely available formats. The electronic signature of documents is not required for this consultation. Electronic formats in which documentsmay be transmitted are as follows: after award, the electronic tender selected will be converted into a paper offer to give rise to the handwritten signature of the framework agreement by the parties.
