Remediation:
1) An appeal against this call can be made within a non-extendable period of 10 daysen since the publication of the administrative court of the canton of Aargau, Obere Vorstadt 40, 5001 Aarau. The deadlock of the deadlines according to civil procedure law does not apply;
2) The complaint must be submitted in writing and must contain an application and a reason. That is, it is necessary to specify: (a) how the administrative tribunal should decide and (b) explain from whichfor which reason this other decision is required;
3) A complaint which does not comply with the requirements of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not be given;
4) The contested invitation to tender must be indicated, all possible evidence must be identified and as far as possible settled. The entry must be signed;
5) The appeal procedure entails a cost risk, -that is, the unsuccessful party usually has to pay the costs of the proceedings and, if applicable, the attorney's fees.
