The K265 Angliker- / Nutzbachstr. has a bad structural condition. The SBB bridge forms a Nadeloehr, due to insufficient passage height and restricted, for two trucks not possible crosses to narrow passage width. The narrow Buenzbruecke canonly used in one-way traffic and represents a traffic safety risk for cyclists.

The K265 Angliker- / Nutzbachstr. has a bad structural condition. The SBB bridge forms a Nadeloehr, due to inadequate passage height and restricted, for two trucks not possible crosses to close Durchfahrtsbreite. The narrow Buenzbruecke can only be used in one-way traffic and represents a traffic safety risk for cyclists.

The most important elements of the ATB project are the replacement of the SBB bridge and the Buenzbruecke, a bike / sidewalk, a roundabout Hoofhe Ferowohlen / Cellpack / Coop, the reorganization of the node Wilstrasse and Sorenbuehlweg as well as the renovation and capacity adjustment ofcultured Krebsbach line.

As a parallel project, the utility creek is to be revitalized by an ecological channel enhancement and upgraded for flood protection. In this context, the two passages Wilstrasse and Sorenbuehlweg are to be replaced by new bridges.

Principles of the procedure: the client awards public service contracts for services in Switzerland only to providers who guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations and working conditions for employees as well as equal pay for men and women.

Remedy:

1) Against this invitation to tender can not stretch within one10 days from the date of publication at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau, Obere Vorstadt 40, 5001 Aarau. The deadlock of the deadlines according to civil procedure law does not apply;

2) The complaint must be submitted in writing and must contain an application and a reason. That is, it is a) to specify how the administrative court should decide, and b)to state the reasons for which this other decision is required; 3) A complaint which does not comply with the requirements of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not be given;

4) The contested invitation to tender must be indicated, all possible evidence must be identified and as far as possible settled. The entry is to be signed. 5.The appeal procedure is at a costAs a rule, the unsuccessful party has to pay the costs of the proceedings and, if applicable, the attorney's fees.
