The factory building with factory service apartments and the warehouse with workshop of the Nord road construction yard were erected at the beginning of the 1980s, are in need of redevelopment and are no longer adequate. The Bauhofgelaende is in order to improve the clarity and ArbeitsabIdeally structured.

Scope of performance:

According to - 53 HOAI i.V. m. Annex 15 HOAI 3013:

1) Sewage, water and gas installations Zone II

2) Heat supply installations, Zone II

3) Ventilation installations, Zone II

8) Optional building automation, Zone II

In addition to the basic services, special services are also provided.

The services will be awarded in a step-by-step contract with binding specifications of the service extensions.

Minimum requirements for the references of the Bueros / Bietergemeinschaft:

Aincurring costs at least 80 000 EUR net, at least HZ II and the provided service phases 2-3 and 5-8

R2: AG 2

Chargeable costs at least 90 000 EUR net, at least HZ II and the provided work phases 2 -3 and 5-8

Air conditioning systems

Chargeable costs at least 120 000 EUR net, at least HZ I and the service phases 2-3 and 5-8.

Building automation

Chargeable costs at least 30 000 EUR net, at least HZ I and the completed service phases 2-3 and 5-8

The handing over of all references to the client / commissioning by the client must have taken place within the last 5 years, d. H. the timing of the execution of the planning is not decisive (the deadline for the recognition of all required references is 1.8.2013).

After the opening of the tenders received in due time, the formal examination takes place in a first step. After completion of the formal examination, the aptitude test is carried out on the basis of the published criteria. The points obtained in the suitability are calculated with the price factor (offerof the lowest bidder) divided by (bid by the respective bidder) multiplied. The bidder with the highest overall score will be awarded the contract.
