Missions of work of follow-up of works all body of state (VISA, DET, AOR) of the project of SGP Orly

Objectives of the project:

Description d ' the whole project:

The realization of the station will imply in particular:

- the displacement of networks and technical galleries, the suppression of the extension of the parking P0 and a ppart of the feeder roads of the terminals and of the service road of the western terminal,

- the construction of temporary parking spaces,

- the construction of a new substitutable car park above the said station,

- the reconstruction of the roads serving the air terminals, the esplanade and the continuity of the service road,

- the connection of the station lines 14 and 18 to the building-junction.

Given their spatial and temporal imbrication within a set of complex structures, and the imperative need that all the work is carried out without affecting the proper functioning of the public service mission airports devolves at Soci-t- Aeroports de Paris (ADP), the Soci-t- du Grand Paris (SGP) entrusted ADP with all the modalities and phasings This contract will be composed of 1 firm phase and 1 conditional phase:

Firm tranche (end of 2018 - end of 2023):

Missions entrusted as part of this tranche :

- visa studies of execution and synthesis,

- Direction of the execution of the contracts of works (DET),

- Assistance to the operations of reception (AOR),

- reporting,

- building permit file and other administrative authorizations,

- permanent on-site assistance and facilitation.

Conditional slice:

The optional slice concerns the follow-up of the works of line 18, it is planned between 2023 and end 2025.

The consolidation will take place no later than 6 months before the start of the conditional phase.

Furthermore, this market includes thes options (see Article II.2.11 of the OJEU opinion).

- turnover of the last 3 years in the area covered by this market,

- minimum annual turnover: EUR 10 000 000 per candidate (due to the mobilization required for such a project),

- appropriate statements from banks justifying the financial capabilities of the candidates.
