The study concerns the restoration of the old Zakynthos Hospital after the earthquake of 26.10.2018 and it includes the redesign of the interiors to function as an office building; andthe static adequacy of the building, as well as its enhancement, in order to provide safe housing for its users. The sub-studies with the corresponding estimated fees are:

Main Site: The old Zakynthos General Hospital (ZZZ) is located near Zakynthos town, outside the city plan, on Agios Spyridonos street.

This article 2, para. 1, para. 9a and, of Article 2par 1 of 28 of Law 4412 / 2016.

The purpose of the operation is to reuse the old Zakynthos Hospital building as an office building and the studies that will be carried out will aim to enable the building to accept the above use. Architectural design relates entirely to the redesign of the interiors, with the aim of functioning as an office building. It is essential to workphysical autonomy of spaces in order to be used independently by different Services. In addition, the study will solve any functional, technical and morphological problems of the building, and formulate suggested solutions.these will be:

- building diagram (with the application of the building permit),

- design drawings, floor plans, views, sections,

- drawings of construction and other details,

- any floor and ceiling drawings,

- special frame designs,

- specs and drawings,

- color design issue,

- technicalDescription.

The static design includes the static adequacy check and the reinforcement design, although it has not been shown by macroscopic inspection to show any cracking or precipitation problems. However, checking the building`s static adequacy will indicate its problems and needs for reinforcement, if necessary, for the safe housing of its users.

This study consists of 3 stages

The first stage is to determine the laboratory designThe second step is to study the restoration of the building, if necessary, by drawing up a static reinforcement study at the application level, as well as the drafting. of the SAY study. - FAI and of the bidding documents requested by the study.

Environmental Impact Study will be prepared in accordance with ART.8 - 3 and the bidding documents will be compiled in a single form, for the bidding of all work, in accordance with the procedures set out in N. 4412 / 2016.

Natural or legal persons or their associations active in the preparation of Category 6 studies are eligible to participate., 8, 9 and 27, and located in:

(a) Member State of the Union.

(B) Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA).

(c) third countries, which have signed and ratified the GPA, insofar as the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5, and the general notes on the Union Appendix I of this Agreement, and

d) third partiescountries which do not fall under subparagraph (c) of this paragraph and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures. An economic operator shall participate either individually or as a member of an association.

Associations of economic operators shall participate under the terms of Article 19 (2), (3) and (4) and (c) and (d) of Article 77 (1).N. 4412/16. These associations are not required to submit a specific legal form to tender. The association of natural or legal persons may relate to the same or different categories of studies. Bidders are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept in their country of establishment. Bidders who are established inGREECE is required to be registered in the Registries of Studies or Study Offices in the above categories of studies.

Bidders established in other Member States - EU Member States are required to be registered in the corresponding registers in Annex XI, Appendix A `to N 4412/16. In order to prove their suitability for carrying out their activity:bidders established in GREECE, submit a Bachelor`s Degree or Study Bureau for the requested study categories 6, 8, 9 and 27.

(b) Bidders established in other EU Member States shall submit declarations and certificates; described in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

(c) bidders established ine State - Member of the EEA or to third countries which have signed and ratified the SDS, insofar as the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5, and the general notes on Appendix I to under this Agreement or in third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union, issues of public procurement procedures, submit a certificate of a corresponding professional or commercial register. Where a country does not maintain such a register, the document or certificate may be replaced by an affidavit or in the Member States or countries, where no affidavit is provided, by a responsible statement by the person concerned before a competent judicial or administrative authority.by a notary, registrar or competent professional or commercial organization in the country of origin or the country where the economic operator is established, that such register is not kept and that it is carrying out the requested activity.

Participation in the procedure requires a guarantee of participation of EUR 8 007.11. The bid guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the expiry of the offer. otherwise, the offer will be rejected. The performance of the contract requires a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 par. 1b of Law 4412/16, volthe amount of which is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT. In the event of an advance payment being awarded, the successful tenderer shall be required to furnish an advance guarantee for the amount of the advance not covered by the performance guarantee.

Each tenderer shall be excluded from the procedure if one of the following reasons exists: at its expensebidder, irrevocable, for one of the following reasons:

a) participating in a criminal organization

b) bribery

c) fraud

d) terrorist offenses or crimes related to terrorist activities

e) money laundering or financing of it terrorism

f) child labor and other forms of trafficking in human beings

2) has defaultedas regards the payment of taxes or social security contributions and this has been established by judicial or administrative decision, with final and binding force and / or AA. may prove that the tenderer has failed to fulfill his obligations in respect of the above. knows or can prove that they have been imposed on the economic operator within the period of the preceding2 years, 3 fines for labor violations, classified as either serious, cumulatively resulting from 3 checks, or 2 fines for labor violations for undeclared work, cumulatively resulting from 2 checks.

e) a state of distortioncompetition from the prior participation of tenderers in the preparation of the procurement procedure.

(f) the tenderer has demonstrated serious or recurring irregularities in the performance of a material requirement under a prior public contract, prior contract or prior contract with a contractor;
