CPV Description:

Static competency study and static reinforcement study of the indoor gym, indoor swimming pool and the stands of the EAC football stadium. Larissa.

The study relates to static competence and static enhancement (if required) of the 3 main buildings of the EAC. Larissa in the Alcazar, and conjudged:

Main Site: The contract will be executed either at the contractor`s headquarters or at the project site, if required. . Larissa in the Alcazar, namely:

a) the indoor gym,

b) the indoor swimming pool, and

c) the soccer stadiums.

The finalThe purpose is to issue a certificate of static competence, after the implementation of the required interventions. Subsequently, on-the-spot tests will be carried out to determine the strengths of the materials, the work of revealing paddles, samples, imprinting of reinforced concrete.intermediate methods, nucleotide detection and visual recognition. A static competence study will follow, the conclusions of which will be decided if there is a need for a static reinforcement study of the building, accompanied by the corresponding tender documents and the SAY study. - FA .. If the need for aid does not arise, the designer will issue the building`s static certificate of competenceotherwise this will be done after the static aid study has been implemented.

Bidders are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept in their country of establishment. Bidders established in GREECE are required to be registered in the registries of scholars or study offices in the category of study 08 (Static Studies). The bidders that I amestablished in other Member States of the European Union, are required to be registered in the respective Registers of Annex XI to Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.

In the case of an association of economic operators, the guarantee of participation shall also include the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations ofall economic operators participating in the association. The bid guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the expiry of the bid.

Signature of the contract requires a performance guarantee in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, the amount of which is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT. and deposited in advanceor when signing the contract.

The performance guarantee shall be forfeited in the event of a breach of the terms of the contract as specifically specified.
