The contract concerns the overall award of the contractthe following services:

- technical and economic feasibility design - art. 23, paragraphs 5, 5bis and 6 and art. 216, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments,

- final design art. 23, paragraph 7 and art. 216, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments,

- executive re-organization art. 23, paragraph 8 and art. 216, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments,

- safety coordination art. 91 and 100 Legislative Decree 81/2008 as amended,

- relgeological action, geological surveys and geognostic assistance,

- works management, accounting and security coordination in the execution phase and related activities up to the testing,

with reference to the contract object of this lot

a) are not in situations of exclusion of art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as amended and / or in the conditions of incapacity to contract with the public amadministration in reference to the current antimafia legislation and / or have not entrusted tasks in violation of art. 53, paragraph 16ter, of Legislative Decree 165/2001;

b) are in compliance with the provisions of law 18.10.2001, n. 383 and subsequent amendments and the Legislative Decree 25.9.2002, n. 210, converted with law 22.11.2002, n. 266, if and to the extent applicable;

c) are members of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Crafto and agriculture or any corresponding registers in the States of residence for foreign professionals established in an EU state including engineering and architecture in the company purpose or a suitable declaration, made pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 and subsequent amendments, by the legal representative of the competitor, in which the reasons for any failure to register are specifiedion to the CCIAA or to any correspondent register; d) professional competences and the minimum professional roles (figures) required for the performance of the service under contract, referring to distinct natural persons, are specifically indicated in the Tender Regulations. of the procedure and eng. The assignment of professional appointments will take place with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, pursuant to articles 83, 95 and 97 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, based on theelements and scores indicated in the Tender Regulations. In the case of technical-economic offers with the best overall score, the contract will be awarded to the competitor who submitted the best economic offer. In the event of further equal treatment, a draw will be held pursuant to art. 77 of the R.D. n. 827 of 1924 except that Viva Servizi S.p.A. consider having to request a migbids adjustment

In accordance with the provisions of art. 69 of the R.D. 23.5.1924, n. 827, it will be possible to proceed with the award even if only one valid offer will be presented, provided it is deemed convenient and suitable. Offers in variation and / or increasing are not allowed on the amounts based on the tender. Subcontracting of the services covered by this procedure is prohibited, except for the specologically indicated in the Tender Regulations. Multiple, conditional, alternative or indefinite offers or other tenders will be excluded from the tender. Barrier threshold to the technical score of 30 points on the maximum score of 70, not exceeding which the competitor will not access the evaluation phase of the economic offer. Causes of exclusion and verificationrequirements as specifically indicated in the Tender Regulations. Data processing pursuant to EU regulation 2016/679. Payment of the contribution to the national anti-corruption authority as provided for by resolution no. 1174 of 9.12.2018, taking into account what is indicated in the Tender Regulations.
