This contract concerns the elaboration of a study on the treatment of the erosion of the sandy beach of Skala Eressos in the island of Lesbos and the restoration of the coastal road that has been damaged by the erosion.

Main Site: The contractor's office, the offices of the Office, when required and the project areaThe object of the study is to stop the scarifying mechanism of Skala Eressos beach and to recover its sandy beach. In order to solve the problem, we will make a substantiated proposal of the appropriate solutions, with technical and environmental criteria. In particular, we will study: 1) the work of the research programs will be completed and their data will be completed, soto respond to a full and in-depth engineering study, with recent evidence, alternatives and comparative assessment. It should be noted that the solutions to be addressed will not be limited to the solutions proposed in the research program and zero. The behavior of the proposed projects will be considered after (1) one year, three (3) years and (10) ten years.2)-alternatives to the cross section of the retaining wall will be explored, which will provide the dampening of the climbing strong waves. Such devices are the absorbent devices e.g. (3) the retaining wall will be studied at the stage of final study, 4) in case of selection of shielding with natural materials-the structure of the retaining wall will be thoroughly studied, the erosion that can be created immediately downstream of this end and its length will be calculated. 5) the change of the coastline over time, as well as the impact on it, the construction of the dam in the 6) also, in the context of the study, the possibility of natural replacement of the coast by the(7) the supportive surveys of the topographic, ecological and ecological surveys of the area, geotechnical and environmental studies. 8) The proposed coastal works will be studiedin the final stage of the study.

Tenderers are required to be registered in the relevant professional register maintained in their country of establishment. Tenderers established in GREECE are required to be enrolled in Designers' or Study Bureaus in the category / categorystudies referred to in Article 12.1 of the Declaration. Tenderers established in other Member States of the European Union are required to be listed in Annex XI, Appendix A, Appendix 4 of Law 4412/2016.

Not required. of EUR 5 643.00, representing 2% of the guarantee-estimated pay of the contract without VAT. In the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the association. The guarantee of participation must be valid for at least 30 days after the end of the term of validity of the offer.

Participation guarantees are forfeited in favor of the developerif the tenderer withdraws his tender during this period, provides false information or information, as referred to in Articles 17 to 19 of the Declaration, fails to provide in due time the information provided in Article 22 of the Declaration documents or not come in time for signing the contract.

For the signing of the contract, thea performance guarantee under Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/16, the amount of which is set at 5% of the contract value, exclusive of VAT. and deposited before or at the signing of the terms of the contract. The performance guarantee is forfeited in the event of a breach of the terms of the contract, as it specifies.

In the event of a modification of the contract, pursuant to Article 132 of Law 4412/2016, which leads to an increase in the contract value, the contractor is obliged to deposit before the amendment a supplementary guarantee amounting to 5% of the amount of the increase excluding VAT. The performance guarantee for the contract shall cover in full and in a non-discriminatory manner the application of all the terms of the contract and any claim by the contracting authority orof the project vis---vis the contractor. The performance guarantee is forfeited in favor of the developer by a reasoned decision of the head of the management department, in particular after finalization of the contractor's discount. The contractor's objection to the decision does not suspend the amount of the guarantee.
