The project was submitted within aproject priorities ROP 2014-2020, Priority Axis 3 Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy, Investment Priority 3.1 - Supporting energy efficiency, smart energy management and the use of renewable energy in public infrastructure, including public buildings, and in the housing sector, Operation B - Public Buildings.
Obithe overall project's objective is to increase the energy efficiency in a building of the "Saint Nicholas" Psychiatric Hospital in Roman, as a result of the measures for increasing the energy efficiency provided in the project, within 5 years from the completion of the investment. involves the execution of design services (Technical Documentation for Authorization of Execution Luconstruction works (DTAC), Technical Works Organization Documentation (DTOE), technical execution project) and technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works, including participation in the phases included in the execution control program.
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
1) Neincadrain the provisions of art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will present the DUAE form in the awarding documentation. The classification in the situation provided in art. 164 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement entails excluding the tenderer from the procedure applied for awarding the procurement contract-2) Failure to comply with the provisions of art. 165 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement corroborated with art. 166 (2) of the same normative act.

The classification in the situation provided in art. 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement atthe exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure applied for awarding the public procurement contract. 4) Statement regarding Non-compliance with the provisions of art. 59 and 60 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will present the DUAE form in the awarding documentation. The statement will be presented with the DUAE by itparticipants in the procedure.
