Development of project-estimate documentation for the construction of a ś / c PE gas pipeline with a diameter of 180/125/63 mm and 32 PE gas connections with a diameter of 25 mm in m. Siedliska and Ełk broken down into stagesz o. 892.0 m and thirty-two medium pressure gas connections with PE, diameter dn 25 mm and length L 6.0 mb in accordance with the conditions of connection to the networkgas in Siedliska and Ełk divided into stages along with obtaining a map for design purposes.

Stage I Material scope:

• Medium pressure gas pipeline with PE dn 180 mm and length L 4, 520.0 mb

• Medium pressure gas pipeline with PE dn 63 mm and length L 742.0 mb

• Medium pressure gas connection made of PE dn 25 mm and length L 6.0 mb pcs. 29

Stage II Material scope:

• Medium pressure gas pipelinewith PE dn 180 mm and length L 1, 100.0 mb

• Medium pressure pipeline with PE dn 125 mm and length L 445.0 mb

• Medium pressure pipeline with PE dn 63 mm and length L 150.0 mb

• Connection gas pressure average pressure dn 25 mm and length L 6.0 m 3 pcs.

1. The Contractor is excluded from the public procurement procedure in relation to which any of the circumstances referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 12 23 (with the exception of Article 24 paragraph 1 point 13 letter d Article 133 paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law) and paragraph 5 item 1 8 of the Public Procurement Law

2) Item 8 of the ToR contains statements and documents that the Contractors are required to provide in order toconfirmation of the Contractor`s compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure and demonstrating the absence of grounds for exclusion.

3) The Employer informs that it will carry out the procedure in accordance with art. 24aa of the Act, which means that the Employer will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in

4) If the Contractor evades the contract or fails to provide the required security on due performance of the contract, the Employer will examine whether it is not subject to exclusion and whether it meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. 6) The offer together with attachments, including a single document, should be prepared and submitted under pain of nullity in an electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature, via the PSG purchasing platform.

7) The Contractor, within 3 days of the date of posting on the website the information referred to in point 86 par. 5 uponds, provides the Employer with a declaration of belonging or not belonging to the same capital group as referred to in point 7.1.12. ToR (according to the template in Annex 5 to the ToR). Along with submitting the declaration, the Contractor may provide evidence that the links with another Contractor do not lead to a distortion of competition in the procurement procedure.

8) Contractor and / or Subcontractorca employs under the employment contract persons performing all administrative and office work related to the performance of the contract, the performance of which consists of performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 - 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).

9) Communication and exchange of information between the Employer and Contractors is carried out in Polish while maintainingin electronic form via the PSG purchasing platform.
