Preparation of project documentation for the construction of sections of sewage networks from the main channel to the borders of the property at ul. Shaser on volerenie of the Praga Południe District of the Capital City Warsaw (a detailed description is included in Part III of the Terms of Reference).

Development of project documentation for the construction of sections of sewer networks from the main channel to the borders of the property at ul. Szaserow in the Praga Południe District of the Capital City Warsaw (a detailed description is included in Part III of the ToR).

1. Contractors who can:

1.1. meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding the possession of competences or authorizations to conduct specific professional activities, provided that this obligation results from separate provisions. Not applicable.

1.2. are not subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 1 item 12 23 of the Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "Act" or "Public Procurement Law" (from the provision of Article 133 (4) of the Public Procurement Law) and pursuant to Art. 24 paragraph5 points 1, 4 8 Pzp

2. Assessment of compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure (according to the formula "meets does not meet") and the absence of grounds for exclusion will be made on the basis of:

a) the initial statement of the Contractor contained in the uniform European order document "EAT" in relation to all Contractors who have submitted offers, and

b) documents and statements confirming that the conditions have been metparticipation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion regarding the Contractor whose highest bid will be given.

3. The Awarding Entity requests the submission of:

3.1.a) At the stage of submitting bids from all Contractors:

a) the offer in accordance with the content of the offer form, constituting Annex No. 1 to IDW, part I of the ToR;

b) single European order document (EAT);

e) power of attorney / power of attorney on the termsdescribed in IDW.

3.1.b) The Awarding Entity, before awarding the contract, will call the Contractor, whose tender will be assessed as the most advantageous, to submit within a designated period, not shorter than 10 days, valid on the day of submitting the statements or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 Public Procurement Law, i.e. documents referred to in items 6.1b) and 6.1d) IDW.

3.1.c) Each Executionawca, in accordance with art. 24 paragraph 11 Public Procurement Law, is obliged to submit within 3 days from the date of posting on the Employer`s website information referred to in art. 86 section 5 Public Procurement Law, i.e. the document referred to in item 6.1.c) IDW.

3.1.d) The Contractor having its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in relation to persons residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland to whom the document referred to in point 6.1b applies )point a) IDW, submits relevant documents in accordance with the guidelines contained in IDW.

4. In order to confirm that the condition referred to in point 1 point 1.1 has been met, the Contractor whose tender will be assessed as the most advantageous will present: Not applicable.

5. The Employer will assess (if applicable) whether technical or professional capabilities or their financial situation made available to the Contractor or econcomal, allow the Contractor to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure and will examine whether there are grounds for exclusion against this entity, as referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 13 22 of the Act (subject to Article 133 (4) of the Act) and Article 24 paragraph 5 points 1, 4 8 of the Act. The awarding entity will request the submission of relevant documents referred to in artpt 6.1.b) IDW.

1. If, for a justified reason, the Contractor cannot submit the documents required by the Employer in point III.1.3 item 2 of the announcement, the Employer allows the submission by the Contractor of other relevant documents to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure specified in point III 1.3 point 1.1 of the announcement.

2. Refers to point III.1.3, respectively): The Contractor mayconfirmation of compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure, where appropriate and in relation to the contract in question, or part thereof, rely on the technical or professional capacity or the financial or economic situation of other entities, regardless of the legal nature of the legal relations linking it, on the principles set out in IDW (point 6.5 IDW, subject to the obligationfiling documents indicated there).

3. If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, he shall submit a relevant document or documents in accordance with the principles set out in point 6.6. IDW.

4. Offer validity period: 60 days.

5. The awarding entity does not envisage the award of the contract referred to in art. 134 section 6 item 3 of the Act.

6. The offer should be made in Polish. FILINGnts in a foreign language should be submitted together with a translation into Polish.

7. The offer together with the required documents should be prepared and submitted in accordance with the principles set out in the notice, IDW and applicable law, including the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 on the type of documents that the Employer may request from the Contractor in proceedings regarding awarding the contract orand Pzp.

9. Required date of completion of the contract: development and submission of project-estimate documentation to the Employer within 270 days from the date of the contract,

10. The contract in question is part of a larger contract in parts. Each part is the subject of a separate procedure in the context of the contract awarded in parts (Article 32 (4)you). The estimated value of the part does not exceed the amount specified in the provisions issued under Art. 11 paragraph 8 of the Act. The estimated value of the entire contract exceeds the amount specified in the provisions issued under Art. 11 paragraph 8 of the Act.
