Development of project-estimate documentation for the renovation of the footbridge over the Żerański Canal at ul. Marywilska in Warsaw, Białołęka District.

1. Contractors who can apply for the contract:

1.1. meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding the possession of competences or authorizations to conduct specific professional activities, provided that this obligation results fromrecipes. Not applicable.

1.2. are not subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 1 point 12 23 of the Public Procurement Law Act, hereinafter referred to as the "Act" or "Public Procurement Law" (from the provision of Article 133 (4) of the Public Procurement Law) and pursuant to Art. 24 paragraph 5 points 1, 4 8 Pzp

2. Assessment of compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure (according to the formula "meets does not meet") and no grounds for exclusion will be made, based on:

a)preliminary statement of the Contractor contained in the single European order document "EAT" - in relation to all Contractors who have submitted offers, and

b) documents and statements confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure and no grounds for exclusion regarding the Contractor whose offer is the highest .

3. The Purchaser requests submission:

3.1.a) At the stage it is submittedb) offers from all Contractors:

a) the offer in accordance with the content of the offer form constituting Annex 1 to IDW, Part I of the ToR;

b) uniform European order document (EAT);

c) Power of attorney / power of attorney on the terms described in IDW.

3.1.b) The Awarding Entity will call the Contractor, whose bid will be assessed as the most advantageous, to be submitted to the designated party before awarding the contract.e shorter than 10 days, valid on the day of submitting the statements or documents confirming the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 Public Procurement Law, i.e. documents referred to in items 6.1b) and 6.1d) IDW

3.1.c) Each Contractor, in accordance with art. 24 paragraph 11 Public Procurement Law, is obliged to submit within 3 days from the date of posting on the Employer`s website information referred to in art. 86 usVol. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the document referred to in point 6.1.c) IDW. 6.1b) (a) IDW, submits relevant documents in accordance with the guidelines contained in IDW.

4. To confirm compliance with the condition referred to in point 1 point 1.1 Contractor, whichhis offer will be assessed as the most advantageous and will present: Not applicable.

5. The Awarding Entity will assess (if applicable) whether the technical or professional capacities made available to the Contractor or their financial or economic situation allow the Contractor to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure and will examine whether there are grounds for exclusion for this entity, for whichch referred to in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 13 22 of the Act (subject to Article 133 (4) of the Act) and Article 24 paragraph 5 points 1, 4 8 of the Act. The Awarding Entity will request the submission of relevant documents referred to in item 6.1.b) of IDW for these entities.

1. If, for a justified reason, the Contractor cannot submit the documents required by the Employer in point III.1.3 (2) of the notice, the Employer shall allowand submission by the Contractor of other relevant documents to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure set out in point III 1.3 point 1.1 of the notice.

2. Refers to point III.1.3, respectively): The Contractor may rely on the capacity to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure, in appropriate situations and in relation to the contract in question or part of it.technical or professional or financial or economic situation of other entities, irrespective of the legal nature of the legal relations which connect it with it, on the principles set out in IDW (point 6.5 of IDW, subject to the obligation to submit documents indicated therein).

3. If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, he shall submit a relevant document or documents in accordance withorchards referred to in point 6.6. IDW.

4. Offer validity period: 60 days.

5. The awarding entity does not envisage the award of the contract referred to in art. 134 section 6 item 3 of the Act.

6. The offer should be made in Polish. Documents in a foreign language should be submitted together with a translation into Polish.

7. The offer together with the required documents should be prepared and submitted in accordance with the principles set out infooling, IDW and applicable law, including the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 on the type of documents that the Employer may request from the Contractor in the procurement procedure and Public Procurement Law

8. The contract in question is part of a larger contract in parts. Each part is the subject of a separate procurement procedure under the thighpoured in parts (Article 32 (4) of the Act). The estimated value of the part does not exceed the amount specified in the provisions issued under Art. 11 paragraph 8 of the Act. The estimated value of the entire contract exceeds the amount specified in the provisions issued under Art. 11 paragraph 8 of the Act.
