Development of project documentation for new buildings, reconstructions and repairs of tram route equipment within both parts of the framework agreement with more suppliers (with renewal ofthesis). The contracting authority expects to conclude a framework agreement in both parts of the public contract with a maximum of 3 suppliers, but at the same time reserves the right to conclude a framework agreement, in case they receive a lower number of tenders or some suppliers fail Main Site: Prague is the capital of public procurement. Within the scope of Part 1 of the Public Procurement, the subject is defined as:

a) processing of documentation for the land management, representation of the contracting authority in the land management, handling of comments of all authorized entities and organization in the public procurement ground management, ensuring final ground approval or ground decision,

b)processing of documentation for building management including documentary part, processing of comments of all authorized entities and organization and ensuring of final building permit,

c) processing of documentation for building execution within the scope of Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. and an inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of assessments, as amended146/2008 Coll., on the scope and content of project documentation of transport constructions, as amended, including implementation details of constructions, list of construction works, supplies and services and DIO, budget parts,

d) provision of consulting and advisory services to the contracting authority within the framework of the preparation of the tender for the contractor of the works and / or(e) processing of EIA notifications and securing the closure of the EIA discovery procedure if the specific construction is subject to such control. Section 77 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, ie an extract from the Commercial Register or other similar register, if another legal regulation requires such records to be entered,

- pursuant to - 77 para. a) ZZVZ, ie document on business authorization document proving the relevant trade license to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public contract, ie i) design activity under construction and ii) design of electrical equipment,

- according to - 77 para. (c) ZZVZ, ie a document certifying professional competencea contractor or a person through whom professional competence is ensured - a certificate of authorization that for the performance of public contracts he has a person who is an authorized engineer or an authorized technician within the meaning of Act No. 360/1992 Coll. architects and the performance of the profession of authorized engineers and technicians working in construction, asRegulations (hereinafter referred to as the "authorized architects") in the following fields:

a) technological equipment of buildings,

b) technology of building environment - specialization of electrical equipment,

c) transport buildings,

d) fire safety of buildings .
