Electromechanical, architectural and environmental study of the school complex at 31 Sygrou Street.

The contract is subject to the required design :

The object of the contract is to:

a) electroengineering design, modifying the layout of all electromechanical installations (electrical installations, heating installations, etc.) due to internal heat insertion. static study of reinforcement, and internal thermal insulation, in a perfect wayand elegant, given that this school complex has been designated as a monument, and for the design of the courtyard, to be upgraded functionally and bioclimatically, with the aim of meeting the needs of a modern school, and

c) hydraulic study, for resolution the problem of rainwater drainage in the yard, which in the event of heavy rainfall becomes acuteThe contract includes the preparation of definitive design and implementation studies.

The estimated value of the contract is EUR 236 843.13, excluding VAT. and includes the estimated fees for the following sub-categories of studies:

1) EUR 104 497.89 for Category 9 study.

2) EUR 98 279.55 for Category 7 study.

3)EUR 3 173.11 for category study 13.

EUR 30 892.58 for unforeseen expenses.

According to Article 17 of the Declaration, natural or legal persons or their associations active in the preparation of category studies are entitled to participate. referred to in Article 12.1) and located in: (a) Member State of the Union. (b) State - Member of the European Economic Area (EU).(C) third countries, which have signed and ratified the SDS, insofar as the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5, and its general notes concerning the Union Appendix I to that Agreement, and

(d) third countries not covered by subparagraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union;on the subject of public procurement procedures.

The economic operator participates either individually or as a member of an association.

According to Article 19.1) of the Declaration, bidders are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept in their country of establishment.

Bidders established in GREECE are required to be registered in the study registers orstudy offices in the category / categories of studies referred to in Article 12.1).

Bidders established in other Member States of the European Union are required to be registered in the respective Registers of Annex XI to Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.
