The subject of the public contract is the elaboration and delivery of an updated urban-architectural study, notification of the project pursuant to Act No. 100/2001 Coll. broaching works, documentation for the issuance of land-based decisions, for the issuance of building permits and project documentation for the bowconstruction works permitting the setting up of the building management of the building contractor, ensuring the engineering activities for the issuance of land-use decisions and building permits, ensuring the author's supervision and the work of the coordinator and the BOZP in the preparatory phases. elaborate and deliver updated urban-architectonical study, announcement of the focus according to the Act No. 100/2001 Coll., project documentation of the excavation works, documentation for the issuance of land-use decisions, for the issuance of building permits and project documentation for the construction of the building permitting the setting up of the investive management of the contractor, decisions and building permits, the supervision of copyright andcoordinating activities and occupational health and safety in the first phase - The contractor shall provide all the exploration work and activities necessary for the fulfillment of the project so that the feasibility of the construction is ensured in the scope of the project activities - Professional qualifications in accordance with - 77 (1) of the ZZVZ
