Supply, installation, adaptation and commissioning of smart energy management systems at the University of Crete and in particular, in The present tender procedure is for the procurement, installation, adaptation and establishment of the University of Pittsburgh.in operation, intelligent energy management systems at the University of Crete and in particular in the campus of the Voutes campus. Then, a concise description of the competition, its basic features, followed by the detailed technical description. The systems to be delivered should be fully operational and ready to be usedthe supply, installation, configuration and interconnection of appropriate electrical telemetry devices at key locations in each building complex of the Vouton campus in Heraklion. All measurement data, which will be recorded by the metering devices, will be collected through the IP network of the Foundation, in a central information system (PC).In particular, the competition includes 2 interventions:

A) A suitable meter of the electrical parameters will be placed in the general low voltage (GPRS) panel of each building complex of the Vouton campus. Required equipment includes:

1) three-phase digital measuring instruments (instruments) that can record and display in real-timetime power, as well as electrical parameters such as voltage, current, energy, frequency, etc., with minimum, maximum and average values. (2) Current transformers (CT), which will be connected to the instruments and used for the sampling of the current.

3) Communication gateways (gate)way), which will allow the signals to be converted from the meter's communication protocol to network traffic in order to transfer the data over an IP network to the central information system (PED). ) Supply and installation of metering devices, in selected electrical panels of the Department of Computer Science, which supply amphitheaterlabs, offices, laboratories, air conditioning units, data center. All measurement data will be gathered and transmitted via the gateway to the Central Information System (PSS)
