The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and modernization of selected buildings in their ownThe Slovak capital city of Bratislava, which aims to (i) increase the energy efficiency of buildings and the energy management of these buildings and (ii) improve the quality of the environment and the factual state of the individual buildings. buildings owned by the Capital of the Slovak Republic Bratislava, ktThe aim is (i) to improve the energy efficiency of buildings and the energy performance of those buildings and (ii) to improve the quality of the environment and the factual state of the individual buildings. The contracting authority requires that the successful tenderer in the contract, at the latest at the time of its conclusion, give details of all known subcontractors (business name, registered office or place of business, company ID number, etc.), as well as details ofauthorized to act on behalf of the subcontractor to the extent of name and surname, address of residence, date of birth. The above information shall be submitted by the successful tenderer as an annex to the contracts

2. The contracting authority shall not conclude a contract with the tenderer or tenderers who are obliged to register in the register of public sector partners pursuant to Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the Register of Public Sector Partners and amendedand some subcontractors or subcontractors under a special regulation which are obliged to register in the public sector partner register and are not listed in the public sector partner register. The tender documents and other documentation relating to the public tender in question as well as the individual contracts will be acceptedJnena in the appropriate section of the Josephine system located at https://josephine.proebiz.com/, allowing the contracting authority to grant unrestricted and direct access to the documents. The contracting authority will proceed in the whole procurement process in accordance with Section 20 of the Act on Public Administration through the communication interface of the Josephine system.and considers it delivered to the candidate / tenderer upon receipt. 5.The contracting authority recommends interested parties to inspect the place of performance of the subject of the contract. Details are given in point 14 of Part A. Instructions for Candidate Bidders. The contract being awarded is below the threshold in value but the contracting authority has decided to publish itthrough the over-the-threshold formula also in the Official Journal of the EU in order to ensure wider information and transparency about the contract and thus also to increase the potential for economic competition. Given that the value of the contract is below the threshold, the contracting authority will also be able to prove that the conditions of participation have been met by a declaration of honor.
