The subject of the contract is the provision of the public lighting of the city of Pezinok through the provision of guaranteed energy service pursuant to Act no. 321/2014 Z.z. on energy efficiency and on the amendment of certain laws, with a view to increasing the energy efficiency of its implementation, the achievement of a guaranteein the form of implementing measures and energy recovery and reducing the costs of maintaining it in accordance with the relevant legislative measures, in order to achieve a higher level of efficiency and economy of public lighting, higher energy and light efficiency and savings in overhead of public lighting. To achieve higher energy efficiencypublic lighting and the achievement of guaranteed energy savings guaranteed by the Energy Efficiency Service are inevitably necessary to implement measures to modernize public lighting, which will be an energy appreciation. If a reference to a specific brand, manufacturer, or product or type of product is used in the description of the subject matterthey were used for illustration only if it was not possible to accurately and comprehensibly describe the subject matter of the order. In such cases, the Applicant may always suggest equivalent or better performance. The provider of the guaranteed energy service guarantees the sustainability of electricity consumption and the costs of public lighting, which will be achieved by the implementation of the relevant measures.-It also guarantees 100% availability of public lighting during the performance of the contract. In the event of failure to obtain a guaranteed guarantee, the Provider undertakes to pay the difference that will result in the Provider not achieving the guaranteed guarantee. The maximum period for the implementation of the measure is 12 months from the entry into force of the Treaty. This time is also one of the criteria to evaluatenot offer. The duration of the energy service guarantee is 240 months.
