Participants must meet the general requirements, professional qualifications and of capacity referred to in Articles 80, 83, 86 and XVII of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments. In particular, competitors must be iscritti to the Chamber of Commerce for activities that coincide or are consistent with that subject of this contract / lot or in a professional or commercial register of the State of residence.

The procedure is entirely carried out through a telematic trading platform pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, in particular through the IT system for electronic data transmission proceduresI am SATER / IntercentER, accessible from the website (http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it).
