The procedure is entirely carried out through a telematic trading platform pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, in particular through the IT system for electronic data transmission proceduresI am SATER / IntercentER, accessible from the website (http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it).
