Providing Global Maritime Distress and Safety (GMDSS) services through coastal infrastructure for the period of 1.2. 2019 (or directly with the signing of the contract, if the above is over)2.1.5 Guarantees The Letters of Guarantee referred to in Articles 2.2.2 and 4.1 are issued by credit institutions legally operating in the Member States of the Union or the European Economic Area or in the Member States of the European Union, parts of the GPA and have this right in accordance with the applicable provisions. 2.2.2 Entry Guarantee

2.2.2.1 For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract is deposited by the participating economic operators (bidder(2) of the estimated value of the contract (excluding VAT) and amounting to two hundred and eighty two thousand two hundred and fifty eight (EUR 282 258.00) (after rounding). letter of participation is given in Annex C of the Declaration (Model A).

The contracting authority may, before the end of the tender, request the tenderto extend the duration of the tender and the participation guarantee before their expiration

2.2.2.2 The participation guarantee is returned to the contractor on presentation of the performance guarantee

The guarantee is returned to the other bidders after:

a) the expiry of the time limit for bringing an action or the adoption of a decision on an appeal against the award decision-and (b) no expiry of the time-limit for taking or taking a decision on them and (c) the completion of the pre-contractual audit by the Court of Auditors, where applicable.

Payment will be made in part from the appropriations of the Ministry's Regular ExpenditureThe payment will be paid accrued upon the submission of the supporting documents referred to in paragraph 5 of Article 200 of Law 4412/2016, at the end of each quarter of the provision of the for the services received by the competent Committee of Receipt after relevant protocols of final qualitative and quantitative• The invoice can not be submitted by the supplier before the date of the final acceptance report and the payment will be made in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, deadlines.

The economic operators that participatedin the process of concluding this contract, are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of the services to be provided. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of residence or to satisfyany other requirement is defined in Annex XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procedural matterspublic procurement contracts, they are required to be registered in corresponding professional or trade registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material.
