The subject of the order is the expansionIntelligent Transport Systems as part of the project entitled "Development of infrastructure in the field of sustainable urban mobility in the Municipality of Radom and Radom District" co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund RPO WM 2014-2020.

The scope of the subject matter of the order includes:

1) delivery, assembly and commissioning of 20 units electronic information boardsof the Dynamic Passenger Information System at designated public transport stops in Radom together with their configuration and connection to the Dynamic Passenger Information System used by the Municipal Road and Communication Administration and the completion of full project documentation (including obtaining all necessary arrangements and permits) and geodetic inventory takingawczej. Electronic information boards should meet the requirements of a detailed description of the subject of the order and should be compatible with the Dynamic Passenger Information System used by MZDiK;

2) delivery, assembly and commissioning of 10 stationary ticket machines serving the Radom city card at designated public transport stops in Radom together with their horsefiguration and connection to the Municipal Card System used by the Municipal Road and Communication Administration and preparation of full project documentation (including obtaining all necessary arrangements and permits) and geodetic as-built inventory. Ticket machines should meet the requirements of a detailed description of the subject of the order and should be compatible with the Municipal Card Systemused by MZDiK;

3) training of employees servicing the work of the Dynamic Passenger Information System and City Card System;

4) carrying out inspections and maintenance of devices covered by the subject of the order during the warranty period for defects and defects.

The detailed description of the order was specified in:

a) Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ)with annex, which constitute Annex 3 to the Terms of Reference and Annexes to the contract, - b) of the contract template - Annex 9 to the Terms of Reference, - c) offer cost estimate - Annex 2 to the ToR.

The Ordering Party does not make any specific requirements regarding the description of compliance of this condition.

Supplementing information included in section VI.3) of the announcement:

Contractors who are not subject to hatch may participate in the proceedingsteaching from the procurement procedure in the circumstances referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23 of the PPL, art. 24 sec. 5 points 1 2 and 4 8 PPL and meet the conditions set out in Section III of the Announcement. - Documents of foreign entities. If the Contractor is established or resides outside the territory of the Republic of Poland instead of the documents: - 1) referred to in section VI.3) of the announcement of points 1, 2, 3 (relevantand point 10.1 letter d) -f) SIWZ) submits a document or documents issued in the country in which he has his registered office or place of residence, confirming that: a) his liquidation has not been opened or bankruptcy has been declared, b) he is not in arrears with tax payment, fees, social security or health insurance contributions, or that he has entered into an agreement with the competent authority regarding the repayment of these claims togetherwith possible interest or fines, in particular obtained the legally required exemption, postponement or installment payment of overdue payments or suspension in full of the decision of the competent authority, - 2) referred to in Section VI.3) of the announcement of point 4 (point 10.1, respectively g ) SIWZ) submits information from the relevant register or, in the absence of such a register, another equivalenty a document issued by a competent judicial or administrative body of the country in which the contractor has its registered office or place of residence or a person who is the subject of information or a document within the scope defined in art. 24 sec. 1 items 13, 14 and 21 Pzp and in art. 24 sec. 5 points 5 and 6 Pzp.

II. Documents referred to above in point I point 1) lit. a) and in point 2) of the announcement (respectively, described in point 10.4. point 1) lit. a) and in point 10.4 sub-point 2) of the ToR) should be issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submission of tenders. Documents referred to above in point I point 1) lit. b) advertisements (as specified in point 10.4 (1)) of the letter b) SIWZ) should be issued no earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submitting bids. III. If in a country in whoIf the contractor has a registered office or place of residence, the document concerned, no documents referred to in Section III.1.1) of the first post (in point 10.4 of the Terms of Reference) are replaced by a document containing the contractor's statement that an indication of the person or persons authorized to represent it, or a statement of the person whose document isrelated, submitted to a notary or before a judicial, administrative or professional self-regulatory or economic authority competent for the seat or place of residence of the contractor or place of residence of that person. Provisions of Section III.1.1) point II of the announcement (respectively, point 10.5 of the Terms of Reference) shall be applied accordingly - Contractor having its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Polandin relation to a person residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, which is referred to in the document indicated in Section VI.3) point 4 of the notice (in point 10.1 letter g) of the ToR), submits the document referred to in Section III.1.1) point I point 2) of the announcement (in point 10.4 point 2 of the Terms of Reference, respectively), to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 items 14 and 21 of the PPL and art. 24 sec. 5 pkt 6 Pzp. If in a country where the person concerned has a place of residence, no such documents shall be issued, it shall be replaced by a document containing a statement of that person made before a notary or before a judicial, administrative or professional self-regulatory or economic authority competent for the place residence of that person. Provisions contained in SeIII.1.1) II point (clause 10.5 of the SIWZ, respectively), the first sentence shall apply.
