Since its opening, the national road N08 between Interlaken Ost and Brienz has not undergone extensive refurbishment, As part of the current conservation project isnow the entire operating and safety equipment replaced.

Main Site: Site-based services are carried out locally or at the location of the thing and ASTRA Infrastructure branch in Thun, Buerora premises in Visp or headquarters in Ittigen (sessions)

Since its inauguration, the national road N08 between Interlaken Ost and Brienz have not undergone extensive renovation, As part of the current conservation project, all operating and safety equipment will now be replaced.

This lot includes, among others, the following services:

- Creation of the basic infrastructure of the central and the driving area, - The supply and delivery of the empty containers for all lots,

- Obtaining, moving and partial connection of the cables for all lots of the project incl. Definition of the cable cross-section and the definitive cable path,

- Installation and connection of the lighting elements in the driving compartment,

- Installation of the optical guide including the slot and potting.

During the rebuilding phases of the systems, the safety level must not fall below the current level. All work in the driving area must be carried out at night. During the day the tunnels areThe following proofs of suitability / confirmations must be submitted together with the specified offer documents, otherwise the offer can not be considered.

Eligibility criterion EK1: technical efficiency

- EK1: a reference object for completed work with comparable Complexity (Tunnel object auf national roads under traffic) and from the same specialist area (cable systems and installations) with indication of period, order sum, executed work / services of the provider, reference person at the client with telephone number.

In the case of holdings, only the references of the company that counts to apply for the order.

Eligibility criterion EK2: economic / financialeligibility

- EK2: the annual turnover of the supplier is more than twice the annual turnover of the order.

Eligibility criterion EK3: key persons

- EK3: a reference object about completed work in equivalent function or function with comparable complexity (tunnel object on National roads under traffic) and from the same specialist area (cable systemn and installations) with indication of period, order amount, work performed / achievements of the key person (*), authorized contact person. (*) as key person: Project Leader

Eligibility Criterion EK4: Performance share Unterakkordant / Subunternehmer

- EK4: Maximal Leistungserbringung von Subcontractors / subcontractors of 70%

The awarding authority may apply at the time of birthSubcontracting is not permitted.

Business conditions: as provided for in the contract.

Negotiations: subject to availability. Pure bidding rounds resp. Price negotiations are notne performed. As part of renegotiations, offer adjustments or changes in performance may result in a corresponding price change.

Principles of procedure: the client awards public service contracts for services in Switzerland only to providers who are responsible for compliance with health and safety regulations and working conditions for employees and employeesensure the equal pay for men and women.

Other information: The information regarding the award criteria must be submitted together with the tender documents. The evaluation of tenders will be carried out in accordance with the following award criteria:

Award criterion ZK1: Price, weighting 50%

Award criterion ZK2: Quality Equipment and Designmanagement, weighting 40%; divided into:

Award criterion ZK3: organization, risk analysis, weighting 10%; divided into:

Price evaluation:

- the lowest adjusted offer receives the maximum grade 5,

- offers whose price is 50 % or more above the lowest bid, get the minimum score 0,

- in between the score is linear (two digits nach rounded to the decimal point),

- it compares the net adjusted sums without discounts and VAT.

Grading of the other award criteria:

the evaluation always takes place with grades from 0 to 5: 0 = not assessable; not specified 1 = very poor performance; Insufficient, incomplete information 2 = poor performance; Information without sufficient project reference 3 = normal, byaverage fulfillment; average quality, according to the requirements of the tender 4 = good performance; good quality 5 = very good performance; excellent quality, very large contribution to the achievement of goals If a main criterion consists of subcriteria, these are graded. The score of the main criterion results from the sum of the scores of the subcriteria multipligraces with its weighting.

Point calculation Sum of all notes multiplied by their weighting (maximum score: 5 x 100 = 500 points). For the multiplication by the weight of the criterion the whole note without decimal place is to be considered, with the price the hundredth place.

2) Award of tenders, return of documents: the preparation of the offers will not be paidetet. The offer documents will not be returned; $

3) Offer opening: the opening of the offers is not public. Suppliers are only sent anonymously an off-the-record log of tenders received;

4) Follow-up orders: Based on Art. 13 (1), lit. h VoeB and Art. XV, lit. D GPA, the client reserves the right to new onesto award tenders, which refer to the basic assignment, in the open procedure;
