Performance and quantity

Main Site: The Schwamendingen enclosure immediately adjoins the existing Schoeneichtunnel and extends to the junction Aubrugg Incision Tierspital and branching Aubrugg is considered a project perimeter including the associated Vorzones in Aubrugg and in the section animal hospital. In the south, the section Tierspital borders on the existing Milchbucktunnel, in the entry are driveways (Fahrbahn St. Gallen) and exits (Fahrbahn Zuerich) to the urban road network.

Services and quantity

BSA lot 2 includes services for engineering, technical and operational coordination, Delivery, installation and commissioning of the-Plant ventilation.

Engineering, technical and operational coordination:

- Design and calculation of plant ventilation,

- Creation of the multi-level implementation specification,

- Technical coordination of interfaces, in particular to BSA lot 2a "Ventilation control"

- Responsible for training / documentation ( also for partial commissioning),

- Responsible for the entire order processing ofDuty of Implementation until acceptance Department FB3 "Ventilation", Scheduling, Documentation, Examinations and QMS,

- The work BSA Lot 2a must be coordinated by the contractor BSA Lot 2,

The offered key person must be used in the project as well-become. A change of the key person can only be made with the express permission of ASTRA.

- 2 horizontally arranged exhaust fans Environmental ventilation with hydraulic blade adjustment (volume flow per fan approx. 180 m / s) including monitoring device, fan shut-off damper and slotted silencer zNormal ventilation,

- 32 jet fans type 1 (nominal diameter 630 mm) with accessories,

-14 jet fans type 2 (nominal diameter 1 000 mm) with accessories sensor system (air flow and visual testing devices) for monitoring the flow velocity and air quality in the driving area

- Dismantling and Disposal of Existing Equipment LIMITATIONS Delimitation BSA Lot 2a "Lueftungssteuerung ": BSA lot 2a includes services for engineering, technical and operational coordination, delivery, installation and commissioning of the local and plant control systems for the ventilation control Engineering, technical and operational coordination:

- Creation of the implementation requirement specification in coordination / specification with BSA -Los 2 "Lueftung Sensorik"

- Detail design of cubicle panels (eg Fcomplete smoke extraction unit



- Complete implementation / programming of the ventilation control system

- Responsible for the entire order processing from the completion of the maintenance booklet to the acceptance of the ventilation control Delivery, installation, commissioning of the complete equipment FB3 "Lueftung":

- 8 local controls and 1 plant control for the operation of the above Ventilation Components

- Deliveryand configuration of the control and communication components for installation by BSA lot 2.

- 14 frequency converters for jet fans -24 frequency converters for exhaust fans -Ca. 100 enclosure panels in the control panels and smoke extraction units and electrical systems of the "Ventilation" system

- Dismantling and disposal of existing system Ventilation excl. Jet fans and cable system Exhausttion FB1 "Energy supply":

- the energy supply for the local installation places of the involved entrepreneurs during the realization time is created by the ewz delimitation FB2 "lighting":

- the basic lighting of the work areas is ensured by the main lot.
