Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of a system for monitoring and control of energy and water consumption at Kozloduy NPP sites, according to AnnexWoman Technical Specification № 19. NPPT.603 / 01.

Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of a system for monitoring and control of energy and water consumption at Kozloduy NPP sites "EAD and includes:

- Development of a working project,

- Delivery of equipment, spare parts and necessary software,

- Dismantling of old equipment, installation, PNR, installationsthe necessary software and commissioning of the newly supplied equipment,

- Training of the contracting staff.

The participants must be entered in the Central Professional Register of the Builder for execution of objects of group III, category III, and for foreign persons - in similar registers, in accordance with the law of the Member State in which it is established. In the cases of Art. 112, para.1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the participant shall prove compliance with a certified copy of a certificate for registration as a builder in the CPC.

1. The received applications will be opened on December 10, 2019 at 1:30 pm at a public meeting at the Kozloduy NPP "Targovishte" unit, which may be attended by the candidates or their authorized representatives, as well as the mass media .

2. SpecialistPhysical grounds for removal:

- convictions for crimes under Art. 194-208, Art. 213a-217, Art. 219-252 and Art. 254a-255a and Art. 256-260 of the Criminal Code (Article 54, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Law),

- violations under Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 228, para. 3 of the Labor Code (Art. 54, Para. 1, Item 6 of the Public Procurement Law),

- violations under Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Actin force from 23.5.2018 (Art. 54, Para. 1, Item 6 of the Public Procurement Law),

- presence of connectivity within the meaning of para. 2, item 45 of the PD of the PPA between candidates / participants in a specific procedure (Article 107, item 4 of the PPL),

- presence of a circumstance under Art. 3, item 8 of the Law on economic and financial relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actions- the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption and Confiscation of Illegal Acquisition Act.

3. The Contracting Authority invites the tenderers to extend the validity period of the tenders when it has not expired.
