1. Specification of the subject of the order.

PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATIONS

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer 300 sets of photovoltaic installations with a structure adapted too mounting locations including:

289 sets of solar installations with a capacity of min. 3.3 kWp,

10 sets of solar installations with a capacity of min. 4.4 kWp,

1 set of photovoltaic installations with a capacity of min. 8.25 kWp,

2) installation of the inverter,

3) DC installation,

4) AC installation,

5) protection against electric shock, overvoltage,

6) installation of grounding and equipotential bonding,

7) executiontesting, testing and commissioning of the solar installation,

8) training of users on the principles of proper operation of the solar installation together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their delivery to users,

9) preparation of notification documentation to the electricity supplier,

10) other elements included in attachment - technical documentation.

SOLAR COLLECTORS

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer 502 sets of solar collector installations together with the structure adapted to the place of installation,

188 sets (incomposition, consisting of: 3 collectors and 300 dm3 storage tank) of natural persons mounted on the ground or residential buildings,

26 sets (consisting of: 4 collectors and 400 dm3 storage tank) of natural persons mounted on the ground or residential buildings,

2) dismantling of the existing hot water heater and disconnecting it from the existing installation (the dismantled heater remains at the disposal of the ownerfacility owner),

3) installation of a new hot water heater together with the mixing valve and its integration into the DHW circuit,

4) installation and insulation of pipelines between collectors, pump group and hot water heater,

5) installation of the pump group,

6) installation of temperature sensors in solar collectors and in the tank,

7 ) connecting an existing heat source to the hot water heater,

8) flushing the fluidsolar test and carrying out leakage tests of the solar system,

9) filling, venting and adjusting the liquid flow and setting the correct pressure according to the solar collector manufacturer`s instructions,

10) finishing at least according to the initial state of the installation area (plaster / insulation, passing through walls, ceilings, roof) and effective protectionie against the impact of atmospheric conditions outside the facility, where assembly works were carried out,

11) programming and commissioning of the automation system together with connecting the communication modem to the controller and fixing it to the wall next to the pump group,

CHECKING EXAMINATIONS

The Employer reserves the right to order the execution as described below tests:

1) electroluminescent installation testing (testfieldwork)

2) STC test (laboratory test)

c) for part 3 - PLN 140, 000.00

Policy validity period - from the date of signing the contract to the last daywarranty and warranty claims. In the case of a Policy with a shorter expiry date; The contractor together with the policy encloses a statement that he undertakes to extend the Policy`s validity for the necessary amount before its expiry according to the conditions required in the proceedings (electronic photocopy allowed).

2. The contractor has adequate economic potential and financial liquidityin order to properly implement the task within the specified deadlines for execution and payment (in the declaration, attachment 1).

3. Contractors may jointly apply for the contract. In this case, the Contractors shall appoint a representative to represent them in the procurement procedure with an indication of the extent of the commitment on behalf of everyone. Contractors submit supporting documentsmeeting the conditions for participation in and no grounds for exclusion to the extent that each of the contractors demonstrates that they meet the conditions for participation in the procedure and no grounds for exclusion.

4. Conditions for participation in the procedure for Contractors relying on the resources of other entities

4.1. The contractor may rely on technical capabilities or with to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedureof other entities, irrespective of the legal nature of their legal relations with them (Article 22a (1))

4.2. In the case of point 4.1, the Contractor must prove to the Employer that in carrying out the contract he will have the necessary resources of these entities, in particular by presenting the obligation of these entities to make available to him the necessary resources for real needsordering.

4.3. The contracting authority will assess whether the technical or professional capacities made available to the Contractor or their financial or economic situation allow the contractor to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure and will examine whether there are grounds for exclusion, referred to in the ToR.
