The subject of the order is comprehensive heat supply within the meaning of the Act of 10.4.1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 755, 650, 685, 771, 1000, 1356, 1629 and 1637), coveringheat supply and distribution for the needs of 20 educational institutions in the Żoliborz District, m.st. Warsaw. The estimated demand for thermal energy for the objects covered by the subject of the order within the 24 months is 71930 GJ. The heat will be delivered via a heat carrier - hot water, using a heating network.

Subject of the orderThere is a comprehensive supply of thermal energy, including sales and distribution of heat for 20 educational institutions in the Żoliborz District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw, on the terms specified in the ToR. Estimated demand for thermal energy in the 24 months is 71930 GJ. Thermal energy will be delivered via a heat carrier - hot water, with a medium-temperature temperature specified by agreementie with the network water regulation table (Annex 3 to SIWZ), with a tolerance of / - 5% provided that the temperature of water returned from the heating station to the heating network is in accordance with the regulatory table with a tolerance of / - 7%. Deviation from the calculated flow rate of hot water supplied to the substation, resulting from the ordered power, should not exceed / - 5%.condition if it proves that it has a current license for running a business in the scope of thermal energy trading issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office or currently valid thermal energy license, issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, based on the Act of 10.4. 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2018 item-755, 650, 685, 771, 1000, 1356, 1629 and 1637). Contractors who:

1) can not be excluded from the procedure,

2) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

The offer must contain statements and documents specified in the Terms of Reference and be drawn up in accordance with the rules specified in the ToR.

The Contractor is obliged to submit a bid bond before the deadline for submitting bids on the basis ofh specified in the SIWZ.
