Electric Power Supply for Tapfheim Towns and Plants

The invitation to tender will be subject to the condition that at least an equally favorable price be achieved, as in the relevant framework agreement of the municipal umbrella associations.

Information and formalities required to ensure compliance with the requirementsr Verification of requirements: Proof of the personnel, technical and economic efficiency as well as the reliability of the management according to the requirements of - 5 EnWG. The proof is valid by presentation of the advertisement acc. - 5 EnWG as provided. On special request are to be submitted: References to the proof of the energy-economic employment within the lastn 3 years. Presentation of balance sheets or balance sheet statements of the company if their publication is required by company law of the country in which the company is established. Explained about the total turnover of the company as well as the turnover of power supplies of the last 3 business years
