The bidder must be in the sense of - 3 no. 18 of the Energy Industry Act (EnWG) as Elektrizit-tsversorgungsunternbe admitted. Companies which have taken over the supply of household customers after the 13.7.2005 must have indicated the admission of the supply with the Federal Network Agency according to - 5 EnWG.

Absence of exclusion reasons, -- 123, 124 GWB

In the statement about the absence of Exclusion criteria according to -- 123, 124 GWB (Attachment 21.2) the bidder declares: 1) that because of ar of the offenses listed in - 123 (1) (1) to (10) GWB, no person whose conduct acc.
