Supply and supply of active electrical energy guarantee necessary to the continuous supply and without any alteration of the needs of the delivery points of the group of command

The present consultation has for object the supply and the routing of energy active electrical guarantee necessary to the food continuously and without any alteration of the needs-delivery points for the group of orders made up of the Bar-Le-Duc Sud Meuse agglomeration community, the ICSW and the city of Bar-le-Duc, the urban community of which is the coordinator. This supply includes understanding the access and use of the public distribution network managed by Enedis and including the function of balance manager. The holder of the contracte will be in charge of relations with the distribution network manager concerned in order to put in place the direct delivery contract (s) necessary.

Supply and supply of guaranteed active electrical energy necessary for the supply of electricity. continuous and without any alteration of the needs of the delivery points of the group.

The contract will be concluded with either:

- a single provider,

- solidarity group or joint service providers.according to article 45.III of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, in case of joint grouping, the agent will be obligatorily solidary of the members of the grouping. In accordance with Article 45.I of the aforementioned Decree, the same company may not be a representative of more than one group. In case of grouping, the form of this one must be precisee in the act of commitment.

Open invitation to tender Article 42.1.a of the ordinance n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and articles 25.I.1 and 67 to 68 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3 .2016 relating to public markets. Multilateral framework agreement, with no minimum or maximum value or quantity, for the award of subsequent contracts pursuant to Articles 78 and 79 of the aforementioned Decree. Presentation applications and tenders: the elements necessary for the selection of applications are specified in Article 4.1 of the consultative rules and the elements necessary for the selection of the tender in Article 4.2. The pieces must be duly dated and signed, drawn in French and grouped in one envelope.
