The purpose is the purchase of electricity for the consumption points located in the activity sectors of the Oradea Water Company. of SC Water Company Oradea S.A.

S.C. Water Company S.A. acquires electricity for a number of 276 d pointsTotal electricity consumption estimated to be consumed in one year is about 14, 705 MWh / year, as follows:

On average voltage: about 5, 105 MWh / year of which:

- about 4, 500 MWh / year at the Oradea Wastewater Treatment Plant,



100 MWh / year at the Tinca Wastewater Treatment Plant,



350 MWh / year at Haieu Water Tower,



150 MWh / year at Tileagd Water Capture,



approx. MWh / year at SP Mierlău (Lăzăreni).

About 9 600 MWh / year of which:

- about 4 550 MWh / year at the Oradea Water Production Sector,



about 1 700 MWh / year at Oradea Monitoring and Hydropower Sector

- about 450 MWh / year at the Oradea Administrative Sector,

Economic operators (leader, subcontractor) shall not be found in the situations provided for in art. 177, 178, 180 and art. 73 of Law no. 99/2016 regarding the sector acquisitions

The way of accomplishing:

The DUAE will be filled by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with the information related to their situation.

The bidder ranked first after applying the award criterionadmissible evidence provides evidence of non-compliance in exclusion situations by submitting at the request of the contracting entity, as a rule, the following information and documents:

1) certificates showing the absence of overdue debts in respect of the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated budget local, state budget, etc.) valid at the time of their presentation;

2) the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within that operator, as evidenced by the certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act; 3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may bethe exemption provided for in Art. 179 par. (2), art. 180 par. (2) and art. 184 of the Law no. (4) Other editing documents, as the case may be.

Non-resident economic operators (foreigners) have the right to present any enforceable documents to prove that they have fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes, duties and contributions to budget(such as certificates, tax records or other equivalent documents) issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin or in the country where the tenderer / candidate is established, in accordance with the requirements of the country of origin. The documents shall be accompanied by their authorized translation into Romanian. Note 1: Any economic operator in anyof the situations referred to in art. 177, 178 and 180 of Law 99/2016, which draw the exclusion from the award procedure, may provide evidence to show that the measures taken by it are sufficient to demonstrate its credibility in terms of the grounds for exclusion in accordance with with the provisions of art. 184 of the Law no. 99 / 2016.
