Electricity supply

Reference Number: 10/2019 EE Laying down rules for the functioning of the electricity market, including collateralaccess to the distribution system, distribution of electricity, system services and other services related to the use of the system and distribution and transmission of electricity (hereinafter referred to as distribution services) from the respective distribution system operator, to the extent and according to business conditions and operating portPDS. The expected amount of electricity consumption in 48 months is 15, 320.60 MWh (expected consumption for the calendar year 3830.15 MWh) according to Annex no. 1 SP. The contracting authority has chosen a deviation liability regime for the supplier. The successful tenderer will be responsible for accounting for deviations for all offtake points. 1list of supply points

The subject of the procurement is the supply of electricity, ensuring the distribution of electricity, including the transfer of the responsibility of the customer to the supplier in full for the deviation in accordance with the Government Order no. Laying down rules for the functioning of the electricity market, including securing the access of the customer to the distribution system, electricity distribution, utilities and other services related to the use of the system and to the distribution and transmission of electricity (hereinafter referred to as distribution services) from the respective distribution system operator, to which all offtake points of the contracting authority are connected (hereinafter DSO). The expected amount of electricity consumption in 48 months is 15, 320, 60 MWh (expected consumption for the calendar year 3830.15 MWh) according to Annex no. 1 SP. The contracting authority has chosen a deviation liability regime for the supplier. The successful tenderer shall assume responsibility for accounting for deviations for all offtake points.

List and short description of the conditions: 1 of the Public Procurement Act. They will prove their fulfillmentaccording to - 32 par. (A) he or his statutory body or a member of the statutory body, or a member of the supervisory body, or the public prosecutor has been convicted of an offense of corruption, an offense against the financial interests of the European Communities Communities, crime of legalization of income from crime, ithe offense of setting up, rearing and supporting a criminal group, the offense of setting up, rearing or supporting a terrorist group, the offense of terrorism and some forms of involvement in terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, (b) it has no arrears of insurance premiums(c) does not have tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the State of residence, place of business or usual residence, (d) has not been declared bankrupt, is not in restructuring, is not in liquidation, (e) is entitled to deliver goods, carry out construction work or to provide a service; place of business or usual residence, (g) has not committed in the previous 3 yearsfrom the announcement or demonstrably commencement of a public procurement of a serious breach of obligations in the area of environmental protection, social law or labor law under special regulations for which he has been lawfully sanctioned, proven by the contracting authority and the contracting authority; from the announcement or demonstrable startand the public procurement of a serious breach of professional obligations, which can be proved by the contracting authority and the contracting authority. - 33 par. 1 pism. a) Act:

Uchadzač submits a statement from a bank or branch of a foreign bank whose candidate is a client, who must include a confirmation of his ability to fulfill financial obligations and has not been in an unauthorized debit for a specified period; with the execution of the obligation for the last 36 months since the announcement of verpublic procurement (or for years, which are available depending on the establishment or commencement of the operation). (B) a declaration of honor, signed by the person empowered to act on behalf of the applicant, in which the applicant declares that he has no obligations in any other bank (s) other than that from which he has submitted the above certificate. Justification for adequacy p- 33 par. 1 letter a) according to - 38 par. 5:

The requirement to submit a statement from a bank or a foreign bank branch on the candidate`s ability to honor its financial obligations is proportionate and its need for inclusion pursues the objective of finding a capable supplier who fulfills all its obligations in a timely and orderly manner. .Public procurement is realized as elepublic procurement through the portal www.evo.gov.sk (hereinafter referred to as EVO portal or EVO system). The condition for successful communication in the EVO system and for successful submission of the tender is that the tenderer complies with the conditions for software and hardware of computer technology, from which he will send the competition documents, so that the tenderer has the appropriate technical and professional prerequisites, technical equipment and professionale control of EVO system. The necessary technical equipment and requirements for using the EVO system are defined and published on the EVO portal (http://www.uvo.gov.sk). The contracting authority recommends candidates to study the EVO manuals, available at https://www.uvo.gov.sk/more-o-is-evo/prirucky-5f7.html. formbased on a written or e-mail request from the interested party. The competition documents will be made available to interested parties in the EVO system. The term delivery of mind means when the message was delivered to the applicant in the EVO system and not when the applicant read it. The moment of delivery of information sent viathe functionality of IS EVO is identical to the moment of sending this information to the electronic account of the addressee created in IS EVO, i. the moment when the addressee could objectively be acquainted with the content of the information being delivered. Ship date = delivery date

3. The contracting authority requires a security of EUR 50 000 to be lodged. Details of the composition of the security are given in the documents for the tenderwhere it can provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation determined by the contracting authority by means of the Single European Document pursuant to Section 39. -public-procurement-553.html.

5. Facts that may arise in the procurement process will be reported unadjusted to theseon tendering and tender documents are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain conclusions. The public procurement in question is not a green public procurement, innovation procurement or social focus procurement. The contracting authority shall allow unrestricted and direct access by electronic meansmeans to the substrate and any additional substrates, if any. Where appropriate, an explanation of the information needed to draw up the tender and to show that the conditions for participation will be met will be available at the place of publication of the tender documents
