Main Site: The place of delivery of the subject of the contract is taken out by public placesprocurers, respectively. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity with the assumption of responsibility for imbalance and ensuring distribution to individual offtake points of the contracting authorities, resp.

1. The applicant must meet the conditions of participation specified in - 32 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Their fulfillment proves according to - 32 par. 2 law of faith(a) he or his statutory body, a member of the statutory body or a member of the supervisory body, nor the prosecutor convicted for the crime of corruption, the crime of damaging financialof the European Communities, the offense of legalizing income from crime, the offense of establishing, raping and supporting a criminal group, the offense of establishing, raping or supporting a terrorist group, the offense of terrorism and some forms of participation in terrorism, the crime of trafficking in human beings, the facts of which are related to business or criminal no(b) has no arrears of health insurance, social insurance and old-age pension savings contributions in the Slovak Republic or in the State of residence, place of business or usual residence; or (d) has not been expelled from his propertybankruptcy, not in restructuring, liquidation, or bankruptcy proceedings for lack of property or bankruptcy due to lack of property, have been suspended; prohibition of participation in public procurement confirmed by a final decision in the Slovak Republic or in the state of residence, placebusiness or habitual residence. Unless otherwise provided in paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the tenderer or candidate shall demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation under paragraph 1:. (a) substantiated by an extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months, . (b) documented confirmation by a health insurance company and a Social Insurance Agency not older than 3 months, . (c) documented locally at thedecent tax office not older than 3 months,

(e) by documented evidence of entitlement to supply the goods, to carry out the works or to provide a service corresponding to the subject of the contract, . (f) by documented solemn declaration. The applicant may demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the personal status referred to in pareku 1. pism. (a) to (f) by entering in the list of economic operators. An applicant registered in the List of Economic Entities pursuant to - 152 of the Act is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement to prove fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 2 zakona. A group of suppliers demonstrates compliance with the conditions for participation pursuant to Section 32 of the Act for each member of the Groupupiny separately. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (4) The fulfillment of the condition of participation may be provisionally replaced within the meaning of Article 39 of the Act - a single European document (hereinafter referred to as "JED"). For the purposes of the Act, JED is a document by which an economic entity canthe opinions expressed by the contracting authority. Documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation replaced by JED shall be submitted to the contracting authority by the tenderer pursuant to - 39 para. 6 zakona. For this reason, the contracting authority does not send the tender documents. 2. Communication between the contracting authority and the candidate / tenderer will be carried out in writing in electronic form through the system for Joseph Joseph VOnot (hereinafter "Josephine"). The candidate / tenderer is obliged to submit to the contracting authority its submissions in electronic form through the Josephine system. All explanations of the SP, as well as the positive handling of the remedy request, will be published by the contracting authority in the Josephine system. The contracting authority will also deliver applications and any questions to candidates / tenderers via the Josephine system as well.

3. Rules for service: a consignment is deemed to have been delivered to the candidate / tenderer if the addressee has an objective opportunity to acquaint himself with its content, i. how suddenly the shipment gets to the spheres of his disposition. The moment of delivery in the Josephine system is considered to be the moment of its sending in the Josephine system, in accordance with the functionality of the system.
