The subject matter of the contract is to ensure a smooth and reliable supply of electricity for the offtake points of the customer identified in Annex no. 1 of the tender documents, including the assurance of distribution and assumption of responsibility for imbalance, for the entire period of validity of the contract, whichthis contract. The contracting authority shall conclude the contract valid for 2 years in the period from 1.1.2021 00.00. to 31.12.2022 23.59 hrs. The subject of the contract is to ensure a smooth and reliable supply of electricity for offtakeof the contracting authority identified in Annex no. 1 of the tender documents, including the assurance of distribution and assumption of responsibility for the imbalance, for the entire duration of the contract resulting from the award procedure of this contract. The contracting authority shall conclude the contract valid for 2 years in the period from 1.1.2021 00.00. to 31.12.2022 23.59 hrs. List and short description of conditions: Fulfill the requirements of personal status according to - 32 of Act no. 343/2015 on Public Procurement (hereinafter referred to as "ZVO", "zakon"). Detailed requirements are included in the application documents. The tender security is set at EUR 10 000. The means of collateral security shall be indicated in the documents on the sundry. Obstaravateľ PROVprovides unrestricted, complete and direct access through electronic means. For this reason, the contracting authority does not send the tender documents. 3. The procurer will be in communication throughout the procurement process, ie. before and afterthe deadline for submission of tenders shall proceed in accordance with Section 20 of the Act on the Communication Interface of the Josephine System. Rules for the delivery of consignments: the consignment is considered delivered to the candidate / tenderer at the moment of its receipt. The moment from which the shipment is delivered to the sphere of its disposition is considered to be the moment of acceptance;Communication in the Josephine system in accordance with the functionality of the system.
